Based on the concept of earthquake resistance with recoverable function,this paper proposes a new type of Spring reduction device and applies it to the self reset steel frame node,and the u-damper and connecting steel plate are used as energy dissipation members,and the disc spring reset device is used as self resetting component to reduce the residual structure.The residual deformation and the good energy dissipation and self reset ability of the joints provide a new way for seismic research of multi-layer frame structure.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the new joint design principle,a new type of disc spring self reset steel frame joint is proposed.Under the action of earthquake force,the joint has good energy dissipation capacity and self reset capacity.In this paper,the structural form,working mechanism,parameter design and restoring force model of the new joint are described in detail.(2)A disk spring reset device is proposed to realize the self reset of the node.The structure form,the specific parameters of the components and the working mechanism under earthquake action are described in detail.The recovery force model of the disc spring reset device is deduced.The finite element model and calculation results analysis of the disc spring reset device are carried out by ABAQUS software.The results show that the disc spring reset device has no residual deformation,excellent self recovery performance and certain energy consumption under the action of loading displacement Ability.(3)The finite element simulation analysis of the new self reset joint and the traditional steel frame joint is carried out.Under the same displacement of the beam end,the hysteretic curve,residual deformation curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve and energy consumption coefficient curve of the two nodes are obtained.The seismic performance of the two joints is compared and analyzed.The results show that the new type of node has greater stiffness and bearing capacity,less residual deformation and better self recovery performance than traditional nodes,but the energy consumption capacity is not as good as that of traditional nodes.(4)The factors influencing the seismic performance of the new self reset joint are analyzed.Based on the four factors,such as pre-pressure,stiffness,spacing and thickness of U-section of damper,eight different nodes are designed and calculated by finite element method.The hysteresis curve,residual deformation curve,skeleton curve and energy consumption coefficient curve of each node are obtained.At the same time,the curves are compared and analyzed.The results show that the stiffness and bearing capacity of the self reset nodes are properly improved,the residual deformation of the nodes is reduced,and the self reset ability of the nodes is improved,but the energy consumption capacity will be reduced.
