Meridian Detector Design Based On Dynamic Trust Theory

Meridian tester is a new TCM testing instrument in the market.However,due to the black boxization and one-dimensional information output mode in the equipment testing process,the testee’s experience is often poor,and the testee’s recognition of the test results and The low level of trust affects the market acceptance of such products.Therefore,increasing the trust level of such products has great research value.Based on the dynamic trust theory,this paper explores the factors that affect user trust,and takes it as the direction of product optimization design.It takes the human-computer interaction of the tested person and the operator as the research object,and combines the intentional schema and ergonomics theory.And then carry out product improvement design and interface innovative design for meridian testing equipment.The core user group of the product,the sub-healthy youth,was determined through research and interviews based on the dynamic trust model,and the feedback and sustainability of the equipment in the testing process were determined as key factors.Perform task analysis on operators and determine that the inhumane design of the existing equipment leads to poor product usability.In view of sustainability,relying on the existing medical model,a closed-loop process of meridian detection based on community hospital+ small program is proposed;for feedback,the image schema theory is used to graphically encode the interface interaction information in the detection process to form interface interaction Prototype: Aiming at usability,we optimize the usability of equipment through ergonomics to improve its cross-situation operation and multi-user interaction capabilities.Finally,based on the Ergolab eye tracking system and physiological signal equipment to collect relevant data of the tested person,combined with the questionnaire to verify the trust of the interface design plan,and verify the usability of the product through the Jack virtual simulation software.Faced with the trust problem of TCM meridian detectors,this research analyzes the influencing factors of users’ trust needs based on dynamic trust theory.Through image schema theory and ergonomics output overall design scheme,it can effectively improve the sub-health young people’s understanding of meridian The trust of testing equipment promotes the marketization of the product,and it also has reference significance for the design of TCM testing products.
