With the development of e-commerce platforms,the scale of online shopping consumers in my country has continued to expand.The domestic express business volume has repeatedly hit new highs throughout the year.The surge in business volume has promoted the listing of express companies.Consumers have put forward higher requirements for the timeliness and economy of express delivery,and competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.In recent years,European countries have gradually tried to use high-speed rail for parcel transportation.Although my country’s high-speed rail transportation network tends to improve,the application of high-speed rail express transportation is still in the preliminary stage of exploration.Compared with the foreign high-speed rail freight level,there is still a lot of room for development.At the same time,sustainable development has always been a strategic goal pursued by all walks of life.As one of the industries with the highest energy consumption,the transportation industry has become a top priority to solve the problem of low-carbon development.Therefore,how to optimize the express multimodal transportation mode to maximize profits under the conditions of green development of enterprises has become a new direction for the express industry to explore.This article focuses on the development status of express multimodal transport and high-speed rail freight,combined with the economic characteristics and cost composition of various modes of transportation,from the perspective of enterprises and society,and focuses on the choice of multimodal express transportation under the constraints of dual time windows.,Aims to achieve the goals of express delivery companies to reduce costs and increase core competitiveness by establishing a mathematical model that conforms to the actual transportation rhythm,while further satisfying the diversified needs of the market and implementing sustainable development strategies.First of all,in the face of diversified market demands such as strong timeliness,high safety,low cost,and environmental protection of express delivery,this article proposes the choice of low-carbon express multimodal transportation with the participation of high-speed rail,and aims at the lowest total cost.Combination optimization model;based on the low-carbon model,according to customer needs and cargo characteristics,the concept of soft time window for customer receipt is introduced,and a low-carbon multimodal transportation mode selection problem model under the constraint of a single time window is constructed;through the actual situation of express transportation It analyzes and proposes the node hard time window constraint,combines it with the soft time window,and finally builds a low-carbon express multimodal transport mode selection model under the dual time window constraint.Then,according to the characteristics of the problem studied in this paper,a genetic algorithm with strong applicability and high robustness is selected to design and solve.By substituting actual cases into analysis,the optimal multimodal transport scheme with the participation of high-speed trains considering the dual time window constraints is obtained,thereby verifying the practicability of the model.Finally,through a comparative analysis of the optimal transportation plan with or without the participation of high-speed rail,it is found that incorporating high-speed rail into the multimodal transportation system can help companies reduce costs,improve efficiency,and reduce environmental pollution;By comparison,it is concluded that considering the time window of the node will increase the cost and time of transportation;by comparing the single method of transportation with multiple methods of combined transportation,it is found that the use of multimodal transportation for transportation can ensure the timely delivery of express shipments and reduce transportation costs..Finally,it analyzes the seasonal fluctuations of express delivery,and provides suggestions for enterprise emergency plans,so as to improve the rapid response capability of express delivery enterprises.
