In recent years,big data processing technology has become more mature and is gradually penetrating various fields.In modern industrial fields,big data technology has become an essential tool for industry development.The technology integration of the two industries,the Internet and the industry,can deal with many companies’ production and management processes.Take typical industrial special equipment hoisting machinery as an example.Combining traditional industrial equipment with big data processing technology can make equipment management more intelligent.Real-time monitoring and analysis of equipment data can reduce the occurrence of various accidents in industrial productions.When big data technology integrates into the industrial field,the first issue is to efficiently access and store industrial sensors’ equipment data in the industrial cloud platform.Simultaneously,there are not too many current studies on how to efficiently store unstructured data generated by industrial equipment health checks on the cloud platform.This paper aims at the intelligent access of industrial equipment real-time data to the industrial cloud platform and the intelligent storage of a large number of enterprise inspection reports in the cloud.The industrial equipment big data access and storage platform is designed and implemented according to the enterprise’s actual needs.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The research background of this subject,the development status of the Industrial Internet of Things platform,and the research status of real-time data access and file storage in the industrial Internet of things are detailed.On this basis,it clarifies the research focus of this article and the significance of the research.(2)It analyzes the mainstream technology of industrial equipment access and points out the shortcomings of the previous framework.A real-time big data access platform based on the industrial cloud platform is proposed and designed on this basis.Apply Apache MiNiFi to collect industrial equipment sensor data,remotely transmit it to Apache NiFi for analysis,transmit it to Apache Kafka middleware for cache,and then preprocess the data through Spark Streaming and store it in the MySQL database of the industrial cloud platform.(3)According to the enterprise’s needs,based on the FastDFS distributed file system,an improved distributed file system is designed and implemented for the massive small file storage generated during industrial equipment inspection.The security,efficiency,and scalability also have a particular extent of improvement.(4)According to the proposed framework and technology,this thesis implements a lifting machinery data access and storage system based on the industrial cloud platform.
