Research On Design Strategy Of Prefabricated Light Steel Structure Rural Sesidential Buildings In Southern Fujian

Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,China’s rural development ushered in a new stage,rural housing construction is in a period of rapid growth.In recent years,the state has issued a large number of policies to promote prefabricated housing.Light steel structure housing with its advantages of safety,economy,rapid construction and easy operation meets the needs of large-scale construction in rural areas.In the course of thousands of years of development,traditional dwellings in China have formed a series of adaptive concepts that reflect the adaptation to climate conditions,regional culture and green ecology.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore how to combine the construction characteristics of light steel structure with local climate conditions,economic conditions,traditional customs and other factors to promote the construction mode of rural housing modernization according to local conditions.Fujian Province is currently carrying out the task of beautiful rural construction of new rural houses,so taking the light steel structure rural houses in Southern Fujian with hot summer and warm winter climate as the research object,in order to solve the problem as the starting point,we strive to get the architectural design strategy of light steel structure rural houses suitable for Southern Fujian through research,in order to provide some exploratory suggestions for the construction of light steel structure rural houses.According to the logical structure of "raising problems → analyzing problems →solving problems → designing practice",This paper is divided into six parts.Firstly,from the background and practical problems of rural housing construction in China,this paper analyzes the research purpose,content and scope of this paper,and puts forward the overall research framework of this paper.Then it introduces the light steel structure system,and summarizes the development status and achievements of light steel structure construction at home and abroad.In order to summarize and sort out the shortcomings and deficiencies of prefabricated light steel structure rural houses at the present stage in China.Finally,it combs the related theories.Secondly,it expounds the field investigation and analysis of rural housing in Southern Fujian.Through field investigation and mapping,we can understand the family population structure,living and production situation,the spatial function composition and specific size of the current rural houses,the evaluation of the living conditions of the existing rural houses and the living willingness of the farmers in the future.This paper summarizes the development trend and shortcomings of local rural houses,classifies and analyzes the existing construction and use problems of rural houses in Southern Fujian,and mainly classifies them into three categories: chaotic design of rural houses,high internal consumption in the building life cycle and other problems.In order to solve these problems,it puts forward the introduction of prefabricated light steel structure system and green energy-saving technology.Thirdly,on the basis of the previous paper,it studies the influencing factors behind the design of prefabricated light steel structure rural house,including external influencing factors,family internal factors,design characteristics of prefabricated buildings and other aspects,which provides the direction for the formulation of specific design strategies.Based on the previous analysis,combined with the objective basis provided by the questionnaire survey,and guided by relevant theories,this paper systematically puts forward the design strategies of prefabricated light steel structure rural houses in Southern Fujian from four aspects: the design of prefabricated housing construction system,the standardization design strategy,the layout points of light steel structure system,the plane design adapting to local living habits,and the application of green technology,This part is the core chapter of the study.At the end of the paper,based on the design strategy of light steel structure rural house in Southern Fujian,the design practice is taken as the verification to provide case support for the design strategy.Hope to provide reference samples and basis for the household atlas and standardization manual after the popularization of light steel structure rural houses in Southern Fujian through the current research.
