Travel time not only provides significant basic information for traffic control,but also is a major research content of the advanced traffic information system.However,there are many factors and relations with fuzziness and uncertainty in the estimation or prediction travel time.In addition,as the number of private cars raising,the number of traffic accidents is on the increase.And,traffic accidents will increase the volatility and uncertainty of the travel time.Therefore,under traffic accidents,it is the important significance of reality and theory to estimate the travel time focusing on fuzziness and uncertainty factors.Considering the fuzziness and uncertainty factors,a travel time estimation model is constructed based on the soft set theory,and the effectiveness of the travel time estimation model is verified.Then,the impact of traffic accidents on traffic parameters is analyzed,and a travel time estimation model under traffic accidents is proposed.In the end,through the establishment of simulation scenarios,simulation data can be obtained,and the effectiveness of the travel time estimation model under traffic accidents is verified.The main contents are as follows:(1)Considering the fuzzy and uncertain factors,and considering the fuzzy relationship between influencing factors,based on the definition of soft set and related operation rules,the decision rules between traffic conditions and influencing factors are established.Then,the travel time functions under different traffic conditions are constructed.Finally,the estimation model of travel time is established,and the model is verified by the actual traffic data set.(2)For improving the precision of travel time estimation under traffic accidents,the influence of traffic accidents on traffic parameters is analyzed.In addition,considering the fuzzy factors,fuzzy relationship and the impact of connected and automatic vehicles on the travel time,and considering the influence of traffic accidents and the factors of connected and automatic vehicles,the travel time estimation model under traffic accidents is established based on the soft set theory.(3)By establishing the simulation scenarios,simulation data are obtained to verify the travel time estimation model under traffic accidents.Moreover,compared with Recurrent Neural Network and KNN method,the proposed method reduces the error of travel time estimation and enhances the precision of travel time estimation.
