Due to problems such as energy shortages and environmental pollution, renewable energy is gradually being used and developed, but because of its fluctuating output,it cannot be completely absorbed, and the Regional Integrated Energy System(RIES)can be managed through centralized management.Various types of energy can effectively improve the energy consumption rate to solve this problem.Regarding RIES carbon emissions, most of the current researches have introduced carbon trading mechanisms into RIES,but few people pay attention to how to set the most appropriate ladder interval length and price growth rate for the ladder carbon trading model. Therefore,in response to the above problems, this paper takes into account the uncertainty of wind power and load output, considers the heat release characteristics and demand response of electricity to gas,and builds a regional comprehensive energy low-carbon economic dispatch model. The main research contents are as follows:First, conduct research on the theoretical basis of regional integrated energy system.Gives an overview and framework of the regional integrated energy system. The mathematical models of wind power generation, gas boilers, gas turbines, and electricity-to-gas equipment are analyzed.Research on carbon trading model and information gap decision theory. Then, considering the heat release characteristics of Power to Gas(P2G),a low-carbon economic dispatch model of the regional integrated energy system containing P2 G was established. On the one hand, the model analyzes the influence of P2 G and its heat release characteristics on the dispatch results of the regional integrated energy system;on the other hand,it explores the influence of the length of the ladder interval and the price increase in the ladder carbon transaction on the system carbon transaction cost. When the model is transformed, the piecewise linearization method is used to transform the model into a linear programming problem. The simulation results of the calculation example compare and analyze the scheduling results of different scenarios, verifying that the consideration of electricity-to-gas equipment and heat release characteristics can effectively reduce operating costs, improve wind power consumption, and that the length of the ladder interval and price increase of the carbon trading model have an effect on carbon trading costs. There are different effects. Finally,on the basis of including P2 G equipment, considering the demand response of electricity price and the heating ambiguity of heat load, and taking into account the uncertainty of wind power and load output, the risks of two decision ideas based on the information gap decision theory are given.Avoidance strategies and risk speculation strategies have constructed an uncertain low-carbon economic dispatch model of the regional integrated energy system that takes into account demand response. The simulation results of the calculation example compare and analyze the above-built model, which verifies the validity of the model.
