| Fault tree analysis is an important part of reliability analysis theory.With the rapid development of complex system towards the direction of electromechanical hydraulic integration,excellent reliability analytical approach will become the key factor to ensure equipment innovation and core competitiveness.Because the fault of complex equipment often presents a variety of fault states according to the different operating environment,the existing fault tree analytical approach has some limitations on the reliability analysis of the system under the influence of complex polymorphic.Therefore,the T-S dynamic fault tree analytical approach is studied firstly,and then,aiming at the multi state of the system,the polymorphic T-S dynamic fault tree analytical(TSDFTA)approach is studied;furthermore,a polymorphic T-S dynamic fault tree analytical(PTSDFTA)approach for the existence of multiple states of the system is proposed;further,a polymorphic T-S dynamic fault tree analytical approach considering imperfect coverage is proposed for the problem that the redundant system cannot be converted normally in engineering practice.Firstly,the traditional fault tree can not describe any form of static failure behavior,and the reliability of complex systems often has the logic relationship of dynamic failure characteristics.TSDFTA approach is proposed.The transformation of T-S dynamic door,two description rules and calculation methods of events are given.In order to verify the correctness of the method,it is contrast with the traditional fault tree method and Markov dynamic fault tree method.Further,in order to solve the problem of polymorphic failure in practical engineering system,PTSDFTA approach is proposed to model the polymorphic T-S dynamic fault tree and give the rule algorithm of polymorphic T-S dynamic gate.In order to verify the correctness of the method,it is contrast with T-S dynamic fault tree analytical(T-SFTA)approach.Furthermore,considering the influence of imperfect coverage on the redundant structure of the system,the imperfect coverage is integrated into the PTSDFTA approach,and the polymorphic T-S dynamic fault tree analytical approach considering imperfect coverage is proposed.The method is applied to the turntable system for modeling and analysis to verify the practicability of the proposed approach.Finally,through the reliability analysis of the hydraulic system of the wind turbine,the failure probability of hydraulic system in each time period of each failure state is obtained by considering and not considering imperfect coverage,which provides quantitative information for the system improvement under the influence of the incomplete coverage of the redundant system. |
