Segment transport vehicle is a kind of engineering vehicle specially used for tunnel construction,which mainly completes the transportation of prefabricated segments.The transportation mode can be divided into rail transportation and trackless transportation.Trackless transportation is rubber wheel segment transport vehicle.The efficiency of rail transportation is low and the cost is high,while the rubber wheel segment transport vehicle has the characteristics of high reliability and safe operation.Therefore,the rubber tyred segment transport vehicle has broad development space.Therefore,there is a vast space for the development of rubber tyred segment transport vehicles.When the tires of conventional engineering transport vehicles run normally on the curved surface,only the outermost edge of the tire contacts the ground.It greatly increases the tire pressure,which is easy to cause tire burst.In this project,according to the actual needs of the customer,a walking system is designed to control the turning angle of the tire through the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder,so as to adjust the tire surface of the wheel to fit the curved ground,and effectively ensure the contact area between the tire and the curved surface.To reduce the loss of wheels and tires,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the frame structure,walking system and the basic parameters of the whole vehicle are introduced,Through the mechanical system dynamics software ADAMS/View,the constraints and driving relationships among the various parts of the vehicle are built,and the tire model and road model are created.A three-dimensional multi rigid body dynamic model of segment transport vehicle is established.Secondly,ADAMS/View is used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics of the segment transporter under three common straight design conditions,straight line,climbing and curved surface.This paper focuses on the analysis of the key components of the walking system-the force on the important hinge position of the drive axle housing and the driven axle housing at all times.It provides the basis for the next step of the finite element analysis of the drive axle housing and the driven axle housing.Finally,by comparing the above three design conditions,it is found that,When the segment transporter runs at a uniform speed on the arc surface and all the swing cylinders extend,the resultant force of the hinge points of the drive axle housing and the driven axle housing is the largest,Taking it as load input,the static analysis of drive axle housing and driven axle housing is carried out by ANSYS Workbench,The fourth strength theory is used to check the strength of the drive axle housing and the driven axle housing.It is found that the drive axle housing and the driven axle housing are safe and meet the design requirements,Finally,the correctness of the simulation is further verified by field experiments.
