With the promulgation of the national strategy for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Zhaoqing has ushered in an opportunity for industrial transformation and upgrading and realizing catch-up development.Correspondingly,it has become a growing demand for continuous,safe and reliable power supply as much possible from all walks of life.The distribution network is the last mile for eleetricity to reach thousands of households.Its grid level,equipment health,and distribution network automation directly,affect the reliability of power supply.The realization of distribution network automation can quickly remove the faulty area when a medium-voltage distribution line fails,and automatically restore the power supply of the non-faulty section,which is of great help to the improvment of power supply reliability.At present,Zhaoqing area is vigorously carrying out the construction of distribution network automation,but due to the unclear construction ideas in the early stage,the lack of overall planning,there are problems such as low contruction quality,inconsistent equipment technical standards.,and insufficient operation and maintenance skills,which restrict the.practical level of distribution network automation.The improvement of power supply fails to better support the reliability of power supply.In order to scientifically reflect the application of distribution network automation,this paper evaluates the practical level of distribution network automation with three key data:effective coverage of feeder automation,correctness of switching actions and terminal online rate.Through the research and analysis of the current situation of distribution network automation construction in Zhaoqing area,it is concluded that the distribution network automation application in Zhaoqing area has insufficient grid planning,technical route selection and operation and maintenance,resulting in a low level of practicality.In order to improve the practical level of distribution network automation,the three key data were analyzed for key factors.As the dire ction of research to improve the practical level,the distribution network automation application plan in Zhaoqing area was proposed.First of all,improve the principle of planning and selecting points for automation equipment,nnd carry out the construction of distribution network automation in combination with the perfection of the grid,and improve the effective coverage of feeder automation.Then,according to the actual situation of Zhaoqing power grid,clarify the feeder automation technical route and unify the technical requirements of automatic switching to improve the correct rate of switching actions.Finally,starting from the three aspects of operation and maintenance management,troubleshooting,and new technical support,the management and technical measures are formulated to improve the online rate of the terminal.Relevant measures have been implemented for one year,three key data have been improved,and the reliability of power supply has also been significantly improved,verifying the effectiveness of the application plan.
