The four-column press hydraulic brick machine is a fully automatic hydraulic brick machine designed in response to the national call for energy conservation and environmental protection,which uses fly ash and coal gangue as raw materials.The hydraulic brick machine is likely to cause insufficient body strength and rigidity due to factors such as high working pressure,simple load-bearing method and harsh working environment.Traditional design method usually adopts conservative design,The designed hydraulic brick machine has low material utilization rate,redundant structure,and cannot simulate real working conditions during analysis,resulting in a large difference between the analysis results and the real situation.This paper designs the components of the four-column hydraulic brick machine,then performs finite element calculation and modal analysis on the key structure of the hydraulic brick machine,and uses the Design Exploration optimization tool to lighten the key components of the four-column hydraulic brick machine.Optimization,thereby reducing costs and improving design efficiency.The main research work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Carry out the structural design of the four-column downward pressure hydraulic brick machine,and carry out the mechanical analysis and check of the main components.Use Solidworks to draw a three-dimensional solid model,use ANSYS Workbench to perform finite element calculations on the frame of the four-column hydraulic brick press,and obtain the stress distribution and deformation degree of the four-column hydraulic brick press under preload and working conditions,and analyze Stress concentration points and weak links.(2)Carry out modal analysis on the four-column press-down hydraulic brick machine to solve the natural frequency and natural mode of the four-column pressdown hydraulic brick machine.The calculation result of the natural frequency is much larger than its working frequency,which ensures that the system is not working.Resonance will occur.In addition,research has found that prestress will reduce the natural frequency of the four-column hydraulic brick press.(3)Use the response surface optimization method of Design Exploration optimization tool to perform lightweight optimization on the premise of ensuring that the strength and rigidity conditions are met.Comparing the results before and after optimization,it is found that the quality of the whole machine is reduced by 10.4%,and the optimization effect is obvious.
