With the rapid development of my country’s economy and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the field of construction engineering has also taken advantage of the trend to board this fast-developing train.As an important part of the development of the national economy,the construction industry has attracted much attention.However,in recent years,the development trend of the construction industry has been relatively flat,with no upward trend.Due to the long period of construction projects,numerous technical difficulties,numerous engineering data,and high frequency of changes,it is difficult to collect information and data between different professions and different stages,and it is impossible to realize timely data transmission and sharing.However,the emergence of BIM technology provides a new way to solve this problem.The BIM sharing platform can break the information barriers between different professions and different departments,so that managers can obtain updated data information in a timely manner,and provide timely information on subsequent resources and progress.Adjust to reduce the probability of cost increase and achieve effective cost control.The main content of this paper is: firstly,by reading a large number of documents,summarize the current situation of BIM technology and cost control at home and abroad;secondly,introduce the concept,characteristics,and software of BIM technology;then study the construction cost and cost control,and explain the traditional cost of the construction phase Control the existing drawbacks and common cost control methods;build a construction cost control system based on BIM technology again,control the construction cost from the four parts of cost planning,cost monitoring,cost warning,and cost correction,and use C# language to control the construction cost Control the interface development,realize the automatic simulation of construction cost control,and use the entropy method to find the main factors hindering the development of BIM technology;finally,take a Qinyuanchun No.1building as the research object,establish the BIM application organization structure,and develop around the project The construction cost control under BIM technology is used to verify the research results of this article.In short,the application of BIM technology has improved construction cost control and promoted a significant increase in cost control efficiency.
