| Distributed generation using wind,light and other renewable energy has been developing rapidly in recent years with low pollution and policy support.At the same time,the intermittence and fluctuation of the output of the virtual grid with wind power,photovoltaic and other new energy bring great difficulties to the coordination and dispatching work.How to optimize the output of new energy and the distribution of benefits between virtual power plants and power grid composed of new energy are the focus of the current research.Therefore,after considering the income of all parties in the virtual power plant and distribution network and the intermittent and fluctuating of new energy generation,a new optimization algorithm and game theory are adopted to design the corresponding solutions,and the output of each period is optimized to improve the economic benefits of the virtual power plant.In this paper,an adaptive weight hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is studied,which combines adaptive weight particle swarm optimization algorithm and hybrid algorithm.The Ackley function,Griewank function and Rastrigin function are used as test functions to test,and compared with typical particle swarm optimization algorithm,adaptive weight particle swarm optimization algorithm and hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm,which fully verifies the convergence speed of the algorithm The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are proved by the advantages of degree and searching for the best.In this paper,a large number of scene sets are generated and then scene reduction is carried out to deal with the uncertainty of photovoltaic and wind power output.Then,using the idea of game theory,the models of individual scheduling of virtual power plants,coordinated scheduling of multiple virtual power plants and joint scheduling of virtual power plants and distribution companies are established.The possibility of cooperation between distribution companies and virtual power plants and the problem of profit distribution are analyzed,and the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm with adaptive weight is used to solve the problem.The calculation results show that the distribution load curve,reserve price,wind and solar power output prediction accuracy and other factors directly affect the cooperation space and profit distribution scheme of the virtual power plant and the distribution network,and provide a reference for the influence of distributed generation on the distribution network,the virtual power plant and the distribution network The cooperation negotiation of the company provides the basis. |
