Energy saving and emission reduction is an important national policy,which affects sustainable development.In recent years,the state has promulgated a series of energysaving regulations to promote the reduction of energy consumption of products.At present,newly-built hospitals,factories,and all buildings will use central airconditioning,and the energy consumption of central air-conditioning is the main component of the current social building energy consumption.Reducing the energy consumption of central air-conditioning is the focus of its current research.Based on the premise that the room’s target temperature remains unchanged,this paper realizes the electrical energy efficiency optimization of the central air-conditioning water system.Based on the research and analysis of the central air-conditioning water system structure diagram,this paper divides the central air-conditioning water system structure model into 4 parts,namely,the two major water systems,the main refrigeration system and the terminal air treatment system;the establishment of partial load energy-saving mathematics Model,according to the model to discuss the method of improving the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioning system;and then obtain the energy model of the fan coil of the terminal unit;It is concluded that the efficiency of the unit can be improved through the reasonable design of the electronic control system.There are three ways of heat transfer in a central air-conditioning room.For the three methods of heat conduction,heat convection,and heat radiation,a differential equation model of heat dissipation transfer is established.The heat released from the heat source and the hot water from the central air-conditioning water system from the inflowing water through the central air-conditioning terminal unit are transferred to the room The relationship between the heat and the indoor temperature change model is obtained;then the indoor room heat dissipation model of the central air-conditioning water system is established.According to the rate of change of heat(temperature)in the room,a model of the dynamic change of room temperature is established,and the transfer function in the central air-conditioning constant temperature room is given.The simulation study of the law of temperature change with time is carried out.Finally,the central air-conditioning energy efficiency optimization design scheme and strategy based on the neural network algorithm is used to design the air-conditioning controller using the neural network algorithm,and the system is optimized and simulated.The algorithm and prediction optimized by neural network can make the indoor temperature constant,reduce the air flow when the room temperature is balanced,the heat exchange speed from the end of the central air conditioner,and the water flow of the central air conditioning water system,so that the indoor air maintains a minimum flow balance.Ensure that the indoor temperature is balanced,to achieve the smallest water flow and the end fan-coil unit load to consume the least energy,so that the energy efficiency of the central air conditioning water system is improved.
