With the world energy crisis and environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious,the development and utilization of clean energy has become a choice to solve the energy crisis and environmental pollution.The security defect of traditional power grid makes distributed generation technology widely used.Microgrid is composed of a variety of distributed units,with high energy efficiency,flexible installation of distributed units and the concept of energy saving and emission reduction,which can be a powerful supplement to the traditional power grid.It can realize flexible dispatching operation in grid-connected and island-based mode,and can be used as a powerful supplement to traditional power grid.However,issues such as energy management,operational control,and optimal scheduling have not yet been fully resolved.Among them,optimal dispatching can improve the economy,environmental protection and stability of microgrid,so the research on optimal dispatching of microgrid has important value and significance.In this paper,the optimal scheduling of microgrid is studied,and the main contents are as follows:In this paper,a regional small micro grid including photovoltaic,fan,micro gas turbine,fuel cell,diesel generator and storage battery is first established,on the basis of fully studying the operation characteristics of these distributed power sources,the mathematical models are established respectively.Secondly,the optimal scheduling strategy of microgrid under grid-connected operation mode is proposed,in consideration of fuel cost,depreciation cost,operation and maintenance cost,electricity interaction cost,environmental cost,new energy subsidies,micro gas turbine cooling/heating benefits and electricity/cooling/heating load benefits and other economic factors,a comprehensive multi-objective optimization scheduling model is established to minimize the operation cost,the environmental cost and the additional benefit of the microgrid,and the constraints to be considered during the operation of this model are given.By introducing chaos theory and Simulated Annealing Particle Swarm Optimization to improve algorithm efficiency and global search ability,an improved Simulated Annealing Particle Swarm Optimization(ISAPSO)is proposed.Combined with Sphere,Rosenbrock and Griewank function test examples,the results show that the improved ISAPSO algorithm has faster convergence and global search performance.Then,the improved ISAPSO algorithm is used to solve the optimal scheduling mathematical model of microgrid.Then take the microgrid in different weather conditions in summer/winter as an example,to improve the ISAPSO for solving algorithm,combined with the proposed scheduling strategies,the optimal scheduling results of the grid-connected microgrid are obtained under the combined dispatching modes of photovoltaic/wind/micro/fuel/storage,photovoltaic/wind/micro/diesel/storage and photovoltaic/wind/micro/fuel/diesel/storage.Finally,the microgrid with different objective functions in summer and winter is taken as an example,the optimization scheduling results of grid-connected microgrid under different objective functions are obtained by using photovoltaic/wind micro/fuel/storage scheduling mode and the improved ISAPSO algorithm.The simulation results of several optimal scheduling examples show that :(1)The optimal scheduling model and optimal scheduling strategy proposed in this paper are effective and feasible;(2)The economy and superiority of the improved ISAPSO algorithm in the application of microgrid optimization scheduling;(3)It shows the necessity of multi-objective optimization and the rationality of the objective function proposed in this paper. |
