| In the 20 th century,the development of modern industry has promoted the rapid progress of LCD industry.The traction demand of manufacturing equipment represented by liquid crystal is more and more urgent As one of the key steps in the intermediate process of the manufacturing process,the defoamer first places the glass on the heating device through the feeding,inflates the cavity and heats the outer layer of the glass,so as to soften the cling layer film.At this time,appropriate force is applied on its surface to remove the micro bubbles in the bonding process and improve its cling efficiency.The manufacturing process of LCD display is full of unknown and changeable nonlinear process control.Each control process needs to adjust parameters accurately,otherwise a large number of waste products will appear.With the development of modern manufacturing industry,the manufacturing control process should be improved with the emergence of demand.Since the 1950 s,the foam removal equipment is external heating type,single tank manual equipment,and then changed to internal heating type,which has fast heating rate and reduces energy consumption.In recent years,with the development of automatic defoaming machine,after several generations of changes and improvements,the current automatic defoaming equipment is divided into: one is the tank type,the other is the drawer type.Automatic defoaming machine for large size mobile phone screen,high beat direction development.Servo control system as a potential intelligent manufacturing electrical system key components,by the industrial field of liquid crystal production industry control system.At present,the domestic servo control system usually selects the simple PID control mode.Although this kind of control mode has the advantages of low price and simple operation,it needs manual intervention and time-consuming to adjust the appropriate parameters,which has great limitations on the development of intelligent manufacturing of liquid crystal production equipment.At the same time,this simple PID traditional control algorithm is difficult to adapt to the liquid crystal production In view of the above,this paper proposes a servo control system based on neural network to solve the above problems.On the basis of expounding the defoaming technology,this paper expounds the working principle of the automatic defoaming equipment,designs the software and hardware of the mathematical model and algorithm,and puts forward the neural network control algorithm modeling and simulation.Based on the modeling and simulation,the actual field test is carried out.The results of simulation and actual field practice show that the servo control system of defoamer combined with neural network algorithm has the advantages of fast response,accurate control and strong anti-interference ability,which is more in line with the requirements of modern intelligent manufacturing,saves human capital,and makes LCD production control meet the needs of various types of liquid crystal glass,and fits the intelligent manufacturing of LCD products.Therefore,this project provides an exploration basis for the development of LCD servo production control in the future,and improves the technical support for the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in China. |
