With the country’s urbanization construction and the development of urban-rural integration,the transportation industry,which is the artery of the city,is also rapidly rising.As an important part of the transportation industry,bridge engineering is also facing tremendous changes.People’s cognition of bridges is not only limited to its transportation capacity,various bridges with peculiar shapes and complex structures are also used as landmark buildings to interpret the history and meaning of each city.However,the traditional two-dimensional and three-dimensional design has been difficult to support the engineering design at this stage,and it is impossible to organize and manage and share information.In recent years,the vigorous development of BIM technology and GIS technology has allowed more scholars to explore the combination of the two,the refined model of BIM technology and the ability to give buildings rich attribute information,and the powerful data processing and spatial analysis capabilities of GIS technology.It also allows us to see the value of the combination of the two.Exploring the method of combining the two in a true sense is of extraordinary value to the development of informatization of bridge engineering.This paper uses the research of domestic and foreign scholars in this discipline in recent years,and combines the related properties of BIM and GIS to study the conversion process from BIM data format to GIS data format,so as to complete the real integration of the two models at the semantic level and the attribute level.The main research contents include:(1)Through the review of relevant literature,fully understand the main theories and technical methods of BIM and GIS,summarize the application of BIM and GIS technology in bridge engineering,and explore the feasibility of their combination.(2)Use relevant literature and information to understand the categories and characteristics of BIM model data and GIS model data,find out the various attributes that must be retained for the integration of the two,and summarize the difficulties in their integration,so as to find the two Reasonable method of integration.(3)Through the study of relevant literature and software,find the advantageous means of fusion of BIM and GIS,compare the results of different fusion technologies,select the most suitable fusion means,and complete the bridge model based on the existing research results Expansion of fusion technology.(4)Apply the fusion method of the above research to the actual project,apply BIM and GIS technology to optimize a bridge project,analyze the application effect of the fusion technology,summarize the advantages and disadvantages,and make a decision for the future exploration of a more suitable fusion method.Technology foreshadowing.
