| In view of the environmental pollution caused by the scattered residential buildings in rural areas of my country,which is not conducive to central heating and coal-fired heating methods,under the clean heating policy advocated by the country,this article combines solar energy and heat pump utilization technologies to establish solar heat pump hot water System to meet the winter heating demand in rural areas.Due to differences in solar energy resources and climatic conditions in different areas,the adaptability of the system is an important consideration for its application and promotion.This paper analyzes the application of the system in different climate zones through simulation research,and further optimizes the system in terms of configuration and control strategies.First,build a series of non-direct expansion solar heat pump hot water system on the basis of existing research,analyze the different heating modes of the system,and determine the capacity of solar collectors,hot water storage tanks,heat pumps and other components in the system.Use TRNSYS software to establish a system simulation model.In order to reflect the actual operating characteristics,the system control strategy is configured to realize the autonomous switching of the heating mode under different conditions.In addition,a system test bench was built in Taiyuan City,and the average errors of the temperature in the hot water storage tank and the power of the heat pump during the operation were calculated to be 1.5%and 2.6% respectively through the comparison of experimental and simulated data,which verified the accuracy of the model.Secondly,according to the design principles in the "Code for Thermal Design of Civil Building GB50176-2016",seven typical areas are selected in the severe cold,cold,and hot summer and cold winter areas that require heating in winter: Nenjiang,Harbin,Shenyang,Taiyuan,Zhengzhou,Hourly heat load calculation of buildings in Wuhan and Chongqing.On this basis,the capacity of each device in the system is selected and a year-round dynamic simulation is performed.From the aspects of feasibility,energy-saving benefits,economic benefits,and environmental protection benefits,the adaptability of the system in various areas is evaluated,and it is concluded that the adaptive areas of using solar heat pump hot water system for heating are: cold areas> severely cold areas> hot summer and cold winter areas.Finally,the solar heat pump hot water system was optimized to determine the best installation inclination angle,heat pump unit capacity,and hot water storage tank capacity of the system collectors in different climate zones,and optimize the heat storage temperature difference of the system from the control point to make the system operation is more economical and reasonable.The research of this subject can be used as a reference for the application of solar heat pump hot water system in various rural areas,and has certain guiding significance for promoting clean heating and improving the living environment. |
