The solid-state heat storage electric heating boiler is one of the main equipment of the "coal power" policy.The promotion of regenerative electric heating boilers can not only "shoulder the peak and fill the valley",but also reduce environmental pollution.However,the problem of heating wire combustion often occurs during the operation of the boiler.In the boiler design,in order to avoid the burning of the electric heating wire,the start and stop control of the heating process is very important.The control process usually reflects the temperature of the heating wire indirectly by detecting the temperature of the heat storage body,and then controls the start and stop of the heating process.Therefore,it is essential to accurately determine the temperature difference between the heat storage body and the heating wire during the operation of the boiler to effectively control the temperature of the heating wire and prevent the heating wire from burning.In this paper,starting from the heat transfer characteristics of the heat storage unit,combined with experiments and numerical simulations,a more in-depth study and analysis of the temperature difference and temperature between the heating wire and the heat storage body are carried out.During the operation of the boiler,heat is distributed in the heat storage body happened.This article first designs an experimental device based on the structure of the boiler.On this basis,combined with the value range of the heat flux density of the heating wire in the boiler design,four experimental conditions for the heat flux density are determined,and the relative temperature of the heat storage body and the heating wire is determined.The parameters are determined,and basic experimental data are provided for the subsequent numerical simulation work.In the process of numerical simulation,a simplified model 1(simplifying the heating wire to a heating loop)which is closest to the actual situation is first established,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data under the same conditions,and the error is 5%,indicating that the model is simulated The results are accurate and reliable.After that,the simplified model 2(simplifying the heating wire into a heating rod of equal volume)and model 3(the heating wire is equal to the heat flux density of the inner surface of the regenerator channel)was simulated.And analyzed the problem of Model 3 and Model 2.The research conclusions of this paper can provide a reference for the model simplification in the numerical simulation of similar problems,and provide a useful reference for the design of solid-state thermal storage electric heating boilers.
