With the rise of "transportation+tourism" mode,the integration of transportation development and tourism industry has become the development hotspot and the new direction of tourism development.The purpose of this paper is to study the coupling and coordination relationship between high-speed rail and tourism,and the impact on tourism efficiency before and after the construction of high-speed rail,and then put forward the development strategy to improve the efficiency of tourism industry.This paper takes the high-speed rail and tourism in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as an example.The accessibility model and Arc GIS inverse distance weighted interpolation method are used to analyze the spatial pattern changes of accessibility changes of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration before and after the opening of high-speed rail.It is found that Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration expands to surrounding cities with Chengdu and Chongqing as the core,and decreases step by step.The spatial distribution of low-value area of weighted average travel time and high-value area of tourism economic potential shows high-speed rail directivity.Selecting the development level index and weighted average travel time of tourism industry before and after the opening of high-speed rail in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of coupling coordination degree between high-speed rail accessibility and tourism system,and makes a comparative analysis of the coupling coordination level between high-speed rail and tourism system in each city of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.It is found that the coupling coordination degree between high-speed rail and tourism in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has improved significantly after the opening of high-speed rail,but the imperfect construction of high-speed rail hinders the spatial diffusion effect of tourism flow,and the surrounding cities in Chengdu-Chongqing area are relatively scarce in tourism resources and lack of long-distance tourism attraction.On this basis,DEA-BCC model is established to analyze the change of tourism efficiency before and after the opening of high-speed railway,and Malmquist model is used to make dynamic evaluation.it is found that the tourism efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is increasing when the high-speed railway begins to take shape,which is the result of the joint action of technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency.on the whole,it is mainly affected by the change of technological progress index,and there are some differences in tourism efficiency level among cities.And put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of tourism resources input,coupling and coordinating areas,scenic traffic and so on.
