The corrugated steel web composite box girder is a new type of structure.The concrete web is replaced by corrugated steel.Compared with the traditional concrete box girder,the corrugated steel web composite box girder reduces its own weight and improves the overall force performance of the structure.The composite corrugated steel web box girder has gradually been adopted in engineering.The prefabricated corrugated steel web composite box girder perfectly combines prefabrication technology,segmental construction,external prestress technology and corrugated steel web technology.The advantages of fast speed and good durability show broad prospects.This article relies on the Hebei Provincial Natural Science Foundation "Research on the Lateral Internal Force of Large Cantilever Corrugated Steel Web Box Girder"(E2017210191),through experimental research and finite element analysis,the prefabricated waveform The key mechanical behaviors such as the shear lag effect,lateral internal force and deformation of the steel web composite box girder are studied.The main contents include the following parts.(1)The shear lag effect,web shear strain and deflection of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs are studied by experimental study and numerical simulation.The test is carried out on the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs.Compare and study the difference between the two.(2)The transverse internal force of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is analyzed.According to the experimental data,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,the distribution of the transverse internal force of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is studied.The calculation method is to put forward the transverse internal force of composite box girder with corrugated steel webs.(3)The theoretical analysis of the fabricated corrugated steel web composite box girder is carried out,and the deflection calculation formula of the fabricated corrugated steel web composite box girder is derived using the principle of energy method,and combined with test data and finite element data,the correctness of the calculation formula is verified.
