China’s cable lines can safely and reliably deliver Danone,which has become the basic guarantee for the current social development.However,with the continuous development of the social development process,the city’s scale gradually expands the operating cycle of the cable transmission line,and the factors causing the failure of the high-voltage power cable also increase,such as insulation aging,bending,damp,rolling,External factors such as man-made or natural.Since China’s high-voltage power cables are usually laid underground,although there is strong concealment,once the high-voltage power cable fails,the location of the fault cannot be quickly determined.At present,for the fault of high-voltage power cable,the line self-protection system is mainly used to judge the fault area.Then,the electrical related experiment is performed on one end of the fault line and the fault parameters are obtained.According to the single-ended parameter ranging calculation method,the fault location of the power cable is completed.However,in this method,the fault location result is easily affected by the fault resistance.Therefore,the accuracy of the fault detection and positioning needs to be improved,so basically it is necessary to rely on the relevant technical staff to manually and time-consumingly locate the fault.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out power cable fault detection and positioning research.It is designed to design a high-voltage power cable fault detection and positioning system to accurately locate the location of the power cable fault and quickly eliminate the fault factor.Based on the previous research results and mature viewpoints,this paper combines with the specific situation of high-voltage power cable fault repair,and carries out the design research on fault repair and positioning system.Firstly,the equipment,network and service scheme adopted in this research are determined,focusing on the detailed design process of the system software and hardware,and the fault location of the wavelet algorithm.When designing power cable troubleshooting and positioning software,the hardware design mainly includes sampling unit,control unit,pulse sounding unit and specific hardware circuit design for software design,it mainly realizes sampling control,human-computer interaction,simulation server software.And wavelet algorithm architecture.Secondly,the wavelet transform calculation method used in the fault location of high-voltage power cables is studied as the second research focus.The basic principle of the calculation method is expounded,and combined with the fault detection and positioning system test,the simulation test results are confirmed.The application reliability of the system can be quickly detected and accurately positioned with high voltage current and low cable fault location.In the research of design fault detection and positioning system,combined with the actual situation of fault repair of high-voltage power cable,as the basis of system design,the hardware and software design analysis of fault detection and positioning system of wavelet calculation method is compared with the simulation experiment.In terms of failure,the complicated high-voltage power cable failure is more effectively solved.Moreover,this study proposes that the low-voltage pulse valve and the secondary pulse method can effectively improve the detection accuracy.It is proved that by introducing the wavelet transform calculation method analysis theory,it is found that the signal denoising and singularity detection can be effectively realized in the cable fault detection.The role.The low-voltage pulse method,pulse current method and secondary pulse method are applied to power cable detection in this study,which provides a reference for better detection and location faults in the future.
