With the high-quality development of my country’s economy,as a country with abundant coal reserves but huge consumption,efficient and comprehensive utilization of coal is the key to development.In recent years,the domestic vigorous development of circulating fluidized bed generator sets is the main way to efficiently utilize coal.At present,there are dozens of circulating fluidized bed units newly built or under construction,but due to tight time and fast development,the development of its control technology is behind and the pace of unit construction.The control schemes of most units that have already been put into operation still refer to pulverized coal furnaces of the same capacity type.Fully studying the control methods of high-performance,large-capacity circulating fluidized bed generator sets is one of the main directions for further development of circulating fluidized bed generator sets.Based on the whole process investigation and tracking of the unit control mode of Shanxi Jingneng Lulin Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,this paper has a comprehensive grasp of the control mode of the 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit.This paper combines the background and characteristics of the current supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler generator set in my country,and studies and summarizes the various systems of Lulin power generation.It demonstrates the safe and stable operation of the unit under various working conditions,and also provides a reference for the equipment selection and control plan formulation of the same type of unit.The actual operation of the unit proves that the operation control scheme of Shanxi Jingneng Lulin generating unit has good accuracy,reliability,and stability,meets actual needs,has deep peak regulation capabilities,and has strong practicability.The distributed control system of the whole plant is integrated,which can realize a high degree of automation.The work intensity of the operating personnel is reduced,the stable operation of the unit is ensured,and the comprehensive coal consumption and the power consumption rate of the unit are reduced at the same time,which lays the foundation for the unit to make profits immediately after commissioning.
