Arteriosclerosis is a major cause of cardiovascular disease,and the ankle-brachial index(ABI)measurement is the most commonly used clinical examination method for early warning,screening and postoperative efficacy evaluation.The accuracy of ABI measurement depends on the accuracy of human real-time blood pressure measurement.Human blood pressure is a dynamic change value which is affected by many factors.The traditional cuff blood pressure measurement scheme may not be able to accurately monitor the dynamic changes of human blood pressure.A portable ABI detector PC software is designed and developed based on the pulse wave(PPG)measurement equipment which is developed by the laboratory research group,leveraging the Visual Studio development platform,the.Net Framework and using the C/S architecture.The software implemented functions including connection establishment,data communication,real-time display and storage,etc.And a blood pressure prediction model based on BP neural network is designed in the data processing part.The specific work content of this thesis is listed as follows.Firstly,we analyzed the overall software design requirements,and the software design tasks are divided into four parts:Bluetooth low energy(BLE)communication channel establishment,transmission protocol formulation,blood pressure prediction model algorithm design and data storage and query.The design requirements of each module are analyzed in detail.Then,on the basis of investigating the status quo of ABI detection technology and analyzing the deficiencies of existing blood pressure prediction models,a multi-parameter MIV optimized BP neural network blood pressure prediction model was proposed.The prediction process principle of the model was also explained.The preliminary evaluation of the model shows that the proposed model performs well in stability and accuracy.It can be applied to the upper computer of the portable ABI detector to improve the detection accuracy.Next,according to the demand analysis results and the proposed blood pressure prediction model,a detailed process design is carried out for the realization of the functions of the upper computer software of the portable ABI detector.The establishment of the BLE general attribute interface(GATT API)of the Windows platform Four-way two-way BLE data transmission channels are implemented.Data transmission and reception,information identification and display strategies are implemented based on the data transmission protocol.Data is processed based on the proposed blood pressure prediction model.SQL Server is connected in the background and tables are established for real-time data storage.And realize the functions of multiple condition query of historical records and registration and login;parameter customization functions such as BLE’s MAC address and database library name.After the software development of the host computer was completed,the software function and the tester system were tested as a whole.The results of the software function "black box test" experiment and the system blood pressure monitoring accuracy experiment show that the designed software function has no obvious abnormality under various conditions.The blood pressure measurement error meets the standards of the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instruments(AAMI).The measurement deviation is less than 6.5%,which can meet the general independent test requirements.
