With the continuous development of the wind power field,The number of wind turbine is also increasing day by day.As the main part of capturing wind energy capture,the wind turbine blade is an important factor for the safe and reliable operation of the whole wind turbine because of its complex working environment,changeable load and easy damage.Based on the real-time monitoring of wind turbine blade health status,the paper analyzes the complex environment,running state and structure of wind turbine blades.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,In view of the problem of insufficient accuracy of collected data in the current health monitoring system,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of wind turbine blade health state,the vibration signal of the blade is collected in real-time by fiber grating sensor and demodulator.Using the wavelet transform data processing method to remove noise and extract the feature of the signal,the threshold algorithm is constructed by using the BP neural network to deduce all kinds of fault severity decision models of the characteristic signal.To identified the fault mode and fault severitySecondly,Based on the problem of data storage and transmission,The paper designs a health monitoring system program for PC and mobile terminal separately.Using the Lab View software,the upper computer program of the PC monitoring station is designed,including administrator and user information management,TCP real-time data transmission,active blades health status real-time monitoring,blades health report and maintenance suggestion generation,blades fault data record download and fault data record,etc.The APP Inventor2 development platform is used to design the upper computer software of mobile terminal of maintenance personnel to realize the system program functions of MQTT communication program editing,health report and maintenance suggestion download,fault wind turbine blade positioning and navigation,real-time monitoring and fault maintenance fusion.Finally,under the condition of the laboratory environment,a health monitoring experimental platform is designed to simulate the vibration state of the active wind turbine blade.Health status data of the wind turbine blade is collected through fiber grating vibration sensor and corresponding demodulation equipment and test some functions of the wind turbine health monitoring system.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the wind turbine blade health monitoring system.
