Study On The Evaluation Of Centralized Funds Management Effect Of GDT Group Finance Company

In recent years,large enterprise groups emerge as the times require under the background of the rapid development of China’s economy,increasingly detailed social segmentation,and the growing company scale.In order to facilitate better management of enterprise groups,many enterprise groups have adopted centralized management mode,especially in funds management.Among the current centralized management modes,financial company mode is the most commonly used one.Financial companies,as financial institutions,can provide professional financial services for members of the group by means of capital collection and settlement,etc.,thus reducing the transaction cost and realizing enterprise transformation.GDT group is a large-scale enterprise group in my country’s power industry.It conducts centralized funds management through financial company.However,due to the short establishment time of its financial company,the operation evaluation of centralized funds management is relatively simple,and there is an urgent need to establish a complete set of evaluations.The system accurately finds its existing problems,and then put forward suggestions,in order to help the financial company to grow rapidly to meet the needs of group development.Based on the theory of centralized fund management,this paper selects GDT group finance company as a case enterprise for in-depth study.Firstly,the author introduces current status of centralized funds management of GDT group finance company,including company introduction and content of centralized funds management.Secondly,according to the principle and basis of index selection,financial evaluation index and management evaluation index are selected and then evaluated by efficacy coefficient method and expert scoring method separately.Again,according to the results,it analyzes the problems in the process of fund centralized management.Finally,corresponding solutions are proposed for solving the problems found.The study found that the evaluation score of GDT finance company from 2017 to2019 showed an upward trend overall,but there are still deficiencies in fund collection,fund management information system,profitability,risk management and human resources.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the concentration of funds,perfect the business functions of GDT financial company,optimize the capital management system,improve the risk management system,optimize the talent structure and perfect the fund management system.To sum up,this paper evaluates and analyzes the effect of centralized fund management of finance companies in GDT Group by constructing a set of comprehensive evaluation system combining financial indicators and management indicators,aiming to find out problems and put forward suggestions for improvement,so as to improve the level of fund management of the company.The research results of this paper aim to provide ideas for analyzing and solving the problems of the centralized fund management of related enterprises,and enrich the research on the centralized fund management of enterprise group financial companies.
