| Under the background of global fossil energy exhaustion and severe climate change,wind energy,as a renewable and clean energy with small environmental impact,has become increasingly prominent in its strategic value.Countries attach great importance to the development and utilization of wind energy.Wind power as an emerging industry,has the very strong growth prospects,the challenge is at the same time,it also increased the difficulty of financial performance evaluation of wind power company,enterprise managers to improve its performance,wind power must be the correct evaluation on the financial performance of the enterprise,at the same time,according to find out the way to improve enterprise performance evaluation.This paper combs out relevant theories of performance evaluation,analyzes five methods,including DuPont analysis method,EVA evaluation method,balanced scorecard,principal component analysis method and data envelopment analysis method,compares their advantages and disadvantages,so as to determine the use of DEA method to evaluate the performance of H company and expounds its feasibility.This paper analyzes the current situation of H Company’s performance evaluation,and points out the existing problems of H Company’s current performance evaluation system,that is,H Company adopts the traditional financial performance evaluation index to conduct performance evaluation,neglects the cost of equity capital,and does not pay attention to the long-term development of employees.In view of the current situation and deficiencies of H Company’s performance evaluation,combining with the industrial characteristics of wind power enterprises in China,this paper uses CCR model and BCC model of data envelopment model to select appropriate input and output indicators,and constructs a performance evaluation index system suitable for H Company.Based on the data of H Wind Power Company from 2016 to 2018,the conclusions of H Wind Power Company under the DEA model are drawn:standardize the production and manufacturing process of wind power enterprises,improve the financial management of wind power enterprises;The profit is low,the income decreases,the technology level is still backward;Low solvency scores may expose them to financial risk.In addition,combined with the research results,this paper studies the ineffective parts,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement:H wind power company should gradually adjust its strategic planning according to the national policies,improve management efficiency,strengthen management supervision,and improve the performance appraisal system of wind power enterprises.At the same time,H Wind Power Company is particularly concerned about the investment in research and development,whether the funds are appropriate,and whether the manpower and material resources are enough.In addition,H Wind Power Company also needs to enhance its cultural soft power to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the company. |
