| This paper first introduces the HEMP electromagnetic environment,then describes the pulse power technology,studies the rise time of about 20 ns,pulse width of 450~500 ns,the peak current is not less than 1 k A double exponential pulse injection current source.This pulse current source is in line with the latest MIL-STD-188-125 standard of the US military.This HEMP pulse current source has many advantages,such as denser structure,lower mass,free change of test site,mobility,more reliable experimental data,etc.Then,based on the pulse power technology and high voltage technology,the pulse current injection device is studied.The port protection device is directly injected by capacitive injection,and the waveform of double exponential pulse is injected.Of course,for electronic devices,we can use coupling components for noncontact injection.The main components of the two injection devices include primary energy,energy storage equipment,discharge switch,etc.Object in this paper,selection of injection for port protection devices,so choose capacitive injection way,in this paper,zinc oxide lightning arrester,for example,in the case of good lightning protection effect,the test will cause damage to its,high-altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse in port protection device,once appear pulse interference,it is easy to cause device damage,even may cause significant loss of power system,Requires special attention.Set the port protection device,is to protect the corresponding device or the whole system will not be lost,such as lightning protection device is a port protection device,the main role is lightning protection,has a great effect on the whole power system.In the HEMP EMP environment,pulse current will be generated,which can interfere with or even destroy the device.Although the lightning arrester in thunderstorm protection effect is very good,but the high altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse is still possible to its work interference or even functional damage.The current pulse current source can simply simulate the pulse in the HEMP electromagnetic pulse environment.The injection device injects the corresponding pulse into the port protection device through capacitive injection,and then conducts effect experiments on the port protection device to test the anti-interference ability of the port protection device in the HEMP electromagnetic environment.In this paper,the zinc oxide arrester is used as the effector,and the effect experiment of the zinc oxide arrester is done through capacitive injection.From the theoretical analysis and application,it can be seen that the double exponential pulse injection current source with the rise time of about 20 ns,the pulse width of 450~500ns,and the current peak value of not less than 1 k A is used.The arresters of 6 k V and below can play a certain protective role,and the protective degree is related to the conduction time and the residual current.Arresters of 10 k V and above cannot play a protective role. |
