In recent years,the rapid development of precision guided munitions has also played an important role in the acquisition and storage of missile-borne signals in the process of R&D and testing.Collecting geomagnetic signals can accurately measure the flight status of the missile body during the development and testing phase of guided munitions.However,due to the limited space in the fuze,miniaturization of the geomagnetic signal acquisition and storage equipment is of great significance to the development of guided munitions.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs a miniaturized missile-borne geomagnetic signal acquisition and storage system.This system uses C8051F410 as the core control device,which has the characteristics of small size,light weight,stable operation,convenient interface and low power consumption.Firstly,through the software design and hardware design of the miniaturized data acquisition system,the 8-channel analog signal acquisition and the maximum storage capacity of 8Mb are realized.Modular design is used in hardware and software design.The whole circuit is divided into storage circuit,acquisition circuit,power supply circuit and other modules in hardware design.A power supply circuit is proposed to cut off,which enhances the convenience of power supply.In the software design,the main program is divided into several subprograms to design quickly,so as to improve the readability and replication of the system.Secondly,the three-axis geomagnetic signal of the projectile is simulated during the flight of the projectile to obtain the relevant signal data.Through data analysis,the motion characteristics of the projectile during flight are obtained,which provides data support for the application of miniaturized data acquisition and storage system in missile-borne geomagnetic signal acquisition and storage.Finally,the miniaturized acquisition and storage system is applied to the measurement of the ballistic geomagnetic signal,and the acquisition and storage of the full ballistic geomagnetic signal are realized.The interface between the board and the acquisition and storage system is designed to realize the missile-borne geomagnetic signal measurement device for board acquisition and system storage.The effectiveness of the system is verified by power test,impact test,analog acquisition experiment and magnetic field signal acquisition and storage experiment.The acquisition accuracy of the miniaturized data acquisition and storage system is 12 bit,the power consumption at work is less than 150 m W,and the relative error of the analog signal conversion is less than 0.3 %.The system has reference significance for the subsequent design of miniaturization and micro power consumption system. |
