| The EPC general contracting of nuclear power projects(NPPs)has the characteristics of long construction period,complex technology and wide range of aspects.Continuous exploration of reducing construction cost and avoiding construction delay has become the direction of project management optimization.There are many types of lifting equipment in nuclear power plants.In-depth systematic study on the interface management in the design-procurement-construction process is conducive to improve the efficiency of cranes design and procurement,avoid the problems in the construction stage,and saving project costs.First,this paper analyzes the current status of interface management and cranes through literature research,analyzes the concept,model and characteristics of EPC in NPPs,introduces the concept of NPP interface management,defines and classifies NPPs interface management,discusses the interface management mode and characteristics of equipment,finds the requirements of interface management for the cranes below 40 tons.Secondly,through investigation and research,the detailed analysis of the design process,interface status and existing problems of the cranes is carried out in depth.On this basis,the analysis of the key parameters of the crane interface in design stage is completed,the optimization process of the interface process is proposed,and the database of the key parameter of the crane is explored,thereby optimizing the interface management of the crane design stage.Then,based on the analysis of the interface management in the procurement stage,the interface and exchange process of the crane are sorted out,the problems and risks existing in this stage are analyzed.This paper explores the principle of the standardized interface,determines the content and method of the standardized interface,and using the3 D modular as the interface is studied.Then,the paper studied the common problems of cranes below 40 tons in the construction stage,the relationship between responsible majors and interfaces is clarified,the causes of multiple problems such as civil deviations and interference are analyzed,and the problems are deeply studied to form the standardized process and suggestions.And through expert scoring to evaluate the effect of problem-solving measures,the results show that the handling of small crane problems in the construction process of NPPs has certain guiding significance.Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the interface management optimization research results in the design and procurement stages of small cranes.By using the optimized interface exchange process,crane key parameter database and standardized interface model,combined with the handling of actual problems in the interface transfer process,the practicality and advantages of the research results are finally verified.In this paper,the detailed application of the interface management in the small crane EPC improves the lifting equipment design efficiency,avoids the repeated review of the procurement process documents,reduces the probability of problems during the construction phase,and plays a certain role in reducing the progress risk of the NPPs and saving the project cost. |
