| In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the development of new energy.However,the output of clean energy like wind power is unstable,which has increased the difficulties in microgrid dispatch.Therefore,how to safely and economically operate a microgrid system containing new energy has become a research hotspot.Concentrated solar power(CSP)is a relatively controllable form of power generation that utilizes solar energy on a large scale,and can realize energy conversion between solar,heat and electricity.It has a heat storage device that can still convert solar energy into electrical energy after the sun goes down.It can output relatively stable electrical power effectively alleviating the uncertainty of light energy.And when a CSP station,a wind power station and conventional generating sets form a combined system as the power generation,the output of the CSP station can be adjusted through the heat storage device of the CSP station.During the peak period of wind power output,the heat storage device of the CSP station will store part of the thermal energy to improve the utilization rate of wind power.In the low period of wind power output,the heat storage device can release heat to increase the output and alleviate the load shedding phenomenon,so that can improve the stability of the system.Therefore,in a combined power supply system,configuration of CSP plant scientificly can increase the power penetration rate of renewable energy,reduce the peak-to-valley difference of the system,and reduce the investment and operation cost of the system.In addition,the CSP power station can also directly supply heat to meet the thermal load demand of the microgrid.Therefore,this paper proposes to introduce the CSP station into the combined heat and power microgrid,which combines wind power station,conventional generating sets,battery device,and electric heater.The construction of a type of combined heat and power microgrid with CSP station(CSP-CHPMG)and other energy conversion device has very important research significance.This article first analyzes and summarizes the research on CSP plant,robust optimization,Gaussian mixture model,and multi-objective optimization algorithm developed at domestic and abroad.This paper introduces the current insufficiency of handling the uncertainty of wind power and load demand in the multi energy combined power generation system,and on this basis,an optimization scheme is proposed for economic robust dispatch of the microgrid with cogeneration of CSP plant based on the opportunity constrained Gaussian mixture model to describe the set of uncertainties.Secondly,the structure of the combined heat and power microgrid in the CSP station is sorted out,and the internal structure and working principle of the CSP station are introduced in detail,as well as the mathematical models of the electric heater,waste heat recovery device,storage battery device and wind power station.It also explains the improvement effect of CSP plant on the uncertainty of light energy output.Next,it explains the construction method of the set of chance constrained uncertainty and the application principle of the Gaussian mixture model.,and the wind power prediction error is taken as an example to verify the accuracy of the probability density distribution curve of the wind power prediction error fitted by the Gaussian mixture model.The uncertainty set of wind power forecast error and the uncertainty set of load forecast error are obtained.Then this paper establishs a economic robust dispatch model for the combined heat and power microgrid with CSP station and takes the minimizing cost and maximizing robustness as the objective functions,which comprehensively considers the economics and robustness of the system.Electric load performs demand response processing.Moreover,the optimization principle and calculation process of the multi-objective molecular differential evolution algorithm are introduced.Finally,five different optimal dispatching modes are set,and the microgrid operation conditions under different dispatching modes are compared and analyzed.The validity of the robust economic dispatching method proposed in this paper based on the opportunity constrained Gaussian mixture model for the combined heat and power microgrid with CSP station is verified. |
