Lixi Expressway is an extensive investment and high-tech infrastructure development in Shanxi Province.How to avoid the risks that may arise from the management and implementation of the project,so that the Lixi motorway project can run smoothly and ensure its high quality The key to the requirement.The Ministry of Transport and Communications places great emphasis on the quality risk management of Lixi Highway Construction and lists the subject "Research on the quality management risk technology of Lixi motorway construction" as a major scientific and technological development project of the Shanxi District Transportation Department.This article is based on this material and uses the Bayeux Internet Method Sri Lanka analyzes the quality risk factors of the Lixi Motorway.There are many participants in the construction of Lixi Expressway(construction unit,construction unit,design unit,supervision unit,third party unit,supplier,relevant supervisor and supervision unit).This article is from the perspective of the project builder,and along with the project participants and the life cycle of the project,determines the quality risk factors of the project.The content uses historical literature analysis,brainstorming and field research to identify risk factors,and introduces the current risk management system of Lixi expressway.After screening,the main risk factors of Lixi expressway construction are obtained and displayed in the form of risk list.It mainly includes the quality of materials used,less information release among project participants,communication problems and poor execution of engineers at all levels.The main work of this thesis is as follows.First of all,in order to implement a successful process of quality control of railway engineering projects,this article proposes to control the quality of the project during the construction process.Proposed and defined the concept of quality of railway engineering and analyzed its meaning and then studied the process of analyzing the quality of railway engineering.Secondly,based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of Bayesian network and the application of related topics,and then the network is applied to the quality control of highway projects and other fields,the thesis discusses the basic control scheme and application problems.Exploring to apply it to the quality control scenario of highway projects,to achieve a more ideal quality control through this way,and to fill in the shortcomings of traditional methods.In view of the lack of historical data and the difficulty of collecting field data in motorway construction,this article uses Bayesian network methods to examine the main risk factors in Lixi motorway construction,presents expert opinion and uses Bayesian analytics software Ge NIe Established Bayesian network model through the samples collected from the survey and conducted Bayesian network analysis and research and found that the Lixi Motorway Factors such as poor quality of building materials,workmanship,construction level of workers and poor communication between builders are key risk factors for quality and causal factors.These tips were approved in the construction of the Lixi Motorway and good progress has been made in management.The disadvantage of this article is that it is still based on expert knowledge and historical experience of risk analysis,after analyzing a list of risk factors with a subjective assessment,and then designing the questionnaire of the survey,there are certain limitations.In addition,when building the Bayesian network model,due to the limitation of the size of the database,there is still a large gap between the Bayesian network structure built by machine learning and the actual condition,and further adaptation and optimization is required;if there is enough data available,a large number By using the training data to obtain a more effective and accurate Bayesian online model,this is also a direction for further improvement in the future.
