Study On Environmental Characteristics Of Classical Gardens In Landscape Paintings Of Song Dynasty

Chinese classical gardens have always had the characteristic of "introducing paintings into the gardens,and creating landscapes because of paintings",which reflects the interconnected relationship between painting and gardening.The Song Dynasty was a golden age for the creation of traditional Chinese landscape paintings and the development of gardening art.Its landscape painting creation and garden construction techniques all reflected the independent artistic spirit,which was of higher research value than other periods.The most notable construction feature of the gardens in the Song Dynasty is the integration of natural and human landscapes,which embodies the ancients’ idea of "harmony between man and nature".In the rare reality that the physical remains of gardens in the Song Dynasty are rare,the historical value of landscape painting is highly valued.This article aims to use the landscape paintings of the Song Dynasty as a medium to analyze the environmental construction characteristics of the gardens and explore suitable and feasible landscape design methods for modern natural scenic areas.The thesis sorts out the landscape paintings of the Song Dynasty in accordance with the content of expression and thematic type,and uses the selected paintings as the research object,combing the historical background and painting theory and other documents to sort out the commonality between the gardens in the landscape paintings of the Song Dynasty and the construction ideas of the gardens of the Song Dynasty.And then analyze the reasons for the formation of the garden environment in the landscape paintings of the Song Dynasty,and analyze the construction characteristics of the natural and human landscape elements that constitute the garden environment.The natural scenery of the modern public garden West Lake is highly integrated with the cultural victory,which is in line with the aesthetic concept of gardens in the landscape paintings of the Song Dynasty.Therefore,the West Lake was investigated on the spot to analyze its landscape pattern and humanistic landscape construction techniques.Based on this,the thesis summarizes the construction experience of the garden environment in the landscape paintings of the two Song Dynasties with a research method of mutual comparison,mutual corroboration and mutual complementation,and explores the enlightenment of its construction experience on the design of modern natural scenic spots,and combines it with Shangluo City,Shaanxi Province.The landscape design practice of Wenjiamen Gateway District in Zhen’an County verifies the practical significance of its construction experience.The garden environment where humanity and nature coexist harmoniously in the landscape paintings of the Song Dynasty provides a model for the design of modern natural scenic areas.Through the study of the characteristics of the garden environment in the landscape paintings of the Song Dynasty,it is clear that its construction experience can be used for reference in the landscape design of natural scenic spots,in order to be beneficial to shaping the new era scenery that contains the cultural characteristics of the landscape and inherits the historical wisdom.
