Research On Architectural Planning Of Historical Theme Blocks

As the cultural industry and the tourism industry are more deeply integrated,a large number of historical themed blocks have emerged in China in a short period of time.This phenomenon has caused a lack of market research and architectural planning in the project,resulted in serious project homogeneity problems and frequent construction chaos,which has a negative impact on the development of the cultural and tourism industry.Architectural planning,as an important part of the professionalization of architectural design,has scientific guiding significance for architectural design.It is conducive to ensuring the competitiveness and sustainable development of historical theme blocks.Firstly,This article introduces the project background,research objects,purpose and significance,methods and frameworks,and reviews related theories.Secondly,it introduces the related theories of historical theme blocks and the process and methods of architectural planning.Then,Select a number of cases for research,and use the method of comparative analysis to summarize the core issues and key points of architectural planning for historical theme blocks.Using the process and methods of architectural planning to study the case of the historical theme block in the Duling National Archaeological Site Park.The project site is located around the heritage park.The current situation of the village is relatively complicated,with profound historical and cultural heritage,and belongs to a larger cultural tourism project with theme positioning,business functions,transportation organization,historical activation,the core issue.Secondly,in light of the project background,in view of the core issues,the space conception and technical conception of the project are carried out.Finally,based on the perspective of architectural planning,design suggestions on project site selection,theme positioning,internal and external conditions research points,development model site selection,and use of cultural elements are proposed for the same type of historical theme block projects.Through the above research,this article summarizes the main points of architectural planning for the historical theme block of Du Ling National Archaeological Site Park.It deeply explores the historical and cultural connotation of Du Ling project,Satisfies the need and preferences of users and creates project highlights.in addition to this,the research also provides convenient conditions for the life and work of local residents.According to the specific conditions of the project,this article makes a preliminary discussion on the architectural planning opinions of the project,which can provide some planning ideas for the same type of historical theme blocks.
