| Reclaimed water reuse is a reliable way to solve the shortage of water resources.It can produce economic,social and environmental benefits.These three benefits can greatly improve the utilization level of reclaimed water through benign interaction.In order to fully understand the regional distribution characteristics and the dynamic evolution process of the reclaimed water utilization benefit of the urban agglomeration in the Weihe River Basin in Shaanxi Province,so as to improve the level of reclaimed water utilization,this article first uses a subjective and objective evaluation method to evaluate the economic,social,The environmental benefits were measured,and then a reclaimed water benefit coupling coordination model was established to study the coupling and coordination between the three benefits of reclaimed water,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)During the period 2012-2017,the development level of reclaimed water utilization efficiency of the seven cities in the Weihe River Basin in Shaanxi Province was relatively low,but their performance and reasons were different.The utilization efficiency of reclaimed water in Xi’an,Yan’an,and Yulin all improved significantly after2015,and the development trend of Baoji and Tongchuan was relatively stable,hovering between 0.4 and 0.6.Due to the decline in the economic benefits of reclaimed water,Xianyang’s utilization benefits have shown a downward trend.The utilization efficiency of reclaimed water in Weinan City has not been greatly improved after 2015.(2)With the aid of the coupled and coordinated development model of reclaimed water benefits,the coordinated development status of the three benefits of seven cities in the Weihe River Basin in Shaanxi Province from 2012 to 2017 was studied.The results showed that the coupling and coordination degree D of the seven cities in the Weihe River Basin generally showed an upward trend.Tongchuan City continued to decline until 2015 before it began to rise.Except for Tongchuan City,Weinan City,Xianyang City and Baoji City,the coupling coordination degree D of the other three cities continued to rise in 2013.Research has shown that the degree of coupling and coordination of the three major benefits of reclaimed water in the seven cities in the Weihe River Basin in Shaanxi Province has gradually improved from a mildly unbalanced state to a well-coordinated state. |
