| DC power socket,also known as Direct-current power socket,is a kind of socket type electronic device matching with the special power supply of DC electrical appliances such as computer display,which is widely used in electronic products such as audio-visual products,digital products,communication products,household appliances,fitness equipment,medical equipment,etc.This paper mainly introduces the development of special assembly robot for DC-005 power socket,which includes the following contents:(1)Through the analysis and formulation of the assembly process of DC-005 power socket,a kind of fully automatic assembly equipment controlled by PLC,with motor and cylinder as the executive components,is designed.The equipment can realize the automatic selection and separation of six parts of DC-005 power socket,automatic assembly,riveting and forming,detection and discharge of finished parts.(2)This paper designs the structure of six parts of DC-005 power socket which are divided into six parts automatically by two-way discharging,designs the structure of six parts’ single working cycle automatic turning and assembling six products,and details the working principle of these structures.Through these structures,the product assembly speed is improved.(3)This paper analyzes the stress of the key structure of DC-005 special assembly robot for power socket,and calculates the selection of the important standard parts.(4)Through ANSYS Workbench and Hyper Works design software,the mechanical analysis and extension optimization structure design of equipment parts are carried out,and the final optimization structure is designed according to the actual feasibility of the parts,which reduces the quality of the optimized parts,improves the mechanical properties of the optimized parts,enhances the overall reliability of the equipment,and provides a certain reference for the lightweight design of related parts.(5)This paper introduces the construction of DC-005 special assembly robot prototype for power socket,including equipment engineering drawing and processing,standard parts procurement,installation and debugging,and functional verification of some modules,which verifies the feasibility of the equipment. |
