Study On The Layout Of Compulsory Education Facilities In Xi’an High-tech Zone

With the rapid development of my country’s social economy,the speed of urbanization has been accelerating,and the spatial structure and land use layout of the city are also undergoing dynamic changes.The level of compulsory education facilities in our country has also entered a new stage,requiring comprehensive and balanced development of education to fully meet the educational needs of urban and rural residents;With the development and expansion of the high-tech zone in Xi ’ an,the original layout of the school is increasingly unable to meet the actual needs of the high-tech zone.The unreasonable spatial layout of compulsory education facilities has brought about many problems: the distance to school is too far to cause inconvenience to parents and students,the school service radius is too large and the enrollment of students is too large,the supply of facilities lags behind demand,and the development of education is uneven..On the basis of combing domestic and foreign urban new districts and related research on education facilities,this paper studies the supply characteristics and demand conditions of compulsory education facilities in Xi’an High-tech Zone,based on multidisciplinary theoretical methods such as geography,statistics and urban planning,and uses GIS The technology analyzes the supply of compulsory education facilities in the study area,its current scale,and accessibility,and then investigates and studies the needs of residents in the high-tech zone.Combined with the current supply of compulsory education facilities,it is found that the high-tech zone as a whole has the problems of insufficient supply of facilities,low matching of supply and demand,and low accessibility of facilities.In order to further understand the actual supply and demand matching situation of the district offices in the high-tech zone,the concept of supply-demand matching and coordination degree is introduced to calculate and analyze the coordination value of the compulsory education facilities in the streets of Xi’an High-tech Zone.The supply and demand matching status and characteristics of compulsory education facilities.Then,based on the law of distance attenuation and the theory of economies of scale,the research and construction of an optimized layout model of compulsory education facilities centered on the analysis of the density of supply and demand were constructed.Aiming at the supply gains and losses and the lagging street offices,the model was used to lay out the compulsory education facilities in each street office.An optimization study was carried out,the number of schools to be added and their spatial locations were determined,the layout of compulsory education facilities in the high-tech zone was guided and optimized,and policy recommendations were put forward.
