International financial organization loans are widely used in various fields in my country due to their large loan scale,relatively low interest rate,and relatively long loan repayment period.Therefore,scientifically analyze and summarize and put forward the successful experience and the lessons of practical failure in the implementation of my country’s current international financial organization loan projects,and continue to make new science for the future international financial organizations and the Chinese government in the future practical work.Decision-making judgments provide reference and reference,and it is actually very necessary to scientifically evaluate the overall performance of the current international financial organization loan projects during and after the implementation.At present,our country has made detailed specifications on the specific content,procedures and methods of enterprise performance evaluation management.However,in the actual process of putting relevant regulations into practice,there are certain qualitative issues that cannot be quantified.Problem analysis and evaluation are often based on the subjective judgment of the evaluator,so the evaluation results obtained may not be completely objective and accurate.For this reason,this article has made some improvements on the basis of the original performance evaluation system of loan projects of international financial organizations,and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the qualitative problems that cannot be quantified to effectively make up for this deficiency.This article first introduces the current research status of the performance evaluation of international financial organization loan projects at home and abroad,and explains the relevant elements;secondly,the current status of the performance evaluation of China’s use of international financial organization loan energy projects Introduce and analyze and summarize its advantages and disadvantages;then,starting with the relevant documents issued by the Ministry of Finance,combined with the previous summary of the shortcomings of the current performance evaluation method,it is proposed to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as a means to solve the existing shortcomings,and complete the current international The improvement of the performance evaluation system of financial organization loan energy projects;finally,combined with actual cases,the case data is substituted into the improved performance evaluation system to verify that the improved performance evaluation system is indeed effective..
