Research On The Renewal Design Of Nanbaozhai Village Residence In Guanzhong

The state accelerates the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and vigorously develops rural tourism with characteristics,the construction of rural dwellings is facing rare development opportunities.However,most of the existing traditional settlements blindly pursue modern spatial models and construction systems,ignoring the regional culture and spatial characteristics of traditional houses themselves,causing problems such as the disappearance of the original features of the villages,the destruction of spatial forms,and the lack of ecological performance.In order to inherit the regional culture,enhance the living experience and promote the development of the countryside,it is urgent for architects to strengthen the research on the renewal design strategy of traditional rural houses.The village in Guanzhong has a huge stock and is facing a series of problems such as renewal and transformation in the process of national modernization.Although Wangqunanbaozhai Village,built in the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty,has been abandoned,its basic layout and most of the buildings still exist,with a high history and Social value.Therefore,this article takes Nanbaozhai Village in Guanzhong as the research object,firstly uses survey questionnaires,inductive analysis and other methods to sort out the morphological characteristics of the traditional residential settlements and architectural space patterns of Nanbaozhai Village,and grasp the current status of the renewal and development of Nanbaozhai Village and the feasibility of functional transformation.Nature,laying a scientific theoretical foundation for the renewal and design of Nanbaozhai Village.Secondly,from the three levels of "building space,building structure,and performance improvement",a comprehensive analysis of the effect texture of the Nanbaozhai Village renewal design strategy under the respective influencing factors is carried out,and the renewal design strategy of Guanzhong residential is condensed separately.Among them,in the renewal strategy of the building space,the variability of the main function space and the modularization of auxiliary functions are analyzed;in the renewal strategy of the building structure,the replacement and adaptation of the load-bearing structure and the optimization of the different interfaces of the envelope structure are analyzed.Combination form;in the performance improvement strategy,the response strategy to light,heat and rain is analyzed.Finally,taking the Nanzhaimen area of Nanbaozhai Village as the practical object,drawing on the successful experience of Yuanjia Village in Guanzhong area,and guided by the extracted renewal design strategy,a relatively complete set of "tradition and modernity,space and structure,cultural and The renewal design model of residential houses integrating "green,performance and quality" organically.Under the background of the comprehensive launch of China’s Tang Village tourism development project,the renewal of the abandoned traditional houses in Nanbaozhai Village is particularly urgent and necessary.Through the study of the design strategy for the renewal of the residential houses in Nanbaozhai Village,this paper can realize the rebirth and sustainable development of the village,so that the value of traditional houses can be continued in another form,and provide a useful reference for the renewal design of similar rural houses in Guanzhong area that need to be transformed.
