| With the current urgent needs of national economic and social development and infrastructure construction,tower cranes,as the backbone of construction machinery,are playing an increasingly important role.Especially with the rapid progress of my country’s current urban and rural development in China,high-rise buildings have become the mainstream,and the advantages of tower cranes in shortening the construction period and saving manpower are becoming more obvious.In the construction process,in order to improve work efficiency,the towers are often operated together in groups.While improving economic efficiency,a series of problems have also emerged.The group tower operation will collide with the surrounding buildings,roads and group towers,causing serious safety accidents with disastrous consequences.Therefore,improving equipment safety and adopting effective software and hardware measures to solve the collision problem during the construction of the tower crane group is the top priority for the development of high-rise building construction.This paper takes the tower crane group as the research object,analyzes the anti-collision algorithm,combines short-distance wireless transmission and networking technology,develops the group tower anti-collision software,and realizes the operation status monitoring and real-time interference warning of the tower crane group operation.The main tasks completed in this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis and research of anti-collision algorithms.Using homogeneous transformation theory,the tower crane group and surrounding buildings are placed in the same coordinate system for analysis.Research and establish anti-collision mathematical models and calculation methods that meet the actual conditions of group tower operations,and simplify and improve them to ensure correct and rapid judgments of possible collision areas,and timely issue of control commands to prevent false alarms and false alarms.It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent realization of the anti-collision software platform.(2)Research on the topology of short-distance wireless transmission networks.Multi-sensor information fusion method is used to locate the hook of the tower crane.Study the network topology structure that adapts to the mechanical working characteristics of tower cranes and meets the requirements of wireless data transmission.(3)Research on the stability of short-distance wireless transmission modules.Analyze the factors that cause the loss of data transmission and the factors that affect the transmission rate,and take necessary technical measures to ensure high-speed and accurate data transmission and reception.After investigating and analyzing the commonly used network communication methods,it was finally decided to use Zig Bee technology for wireless communication.According to the anti-collision algorithm proposed in this paper,combined with the coordinate positioning information fed back by the sensors,the interference early warning technology during the operation of the tower crane group can be realized. |
