Cable-stayed bridge is the main type of long-span bridge.It is mainly composed of tower columns,main beams,and cable stays.It is a high-order statically indeterminate structure,which can reduce the bending moment in the beam,reduce the building height,and reduce the structural weight,Saving materials.At the same time,the appearance of the cable-stayed bridge is magnificent and beautiful.The construction of the cable-stayed bridge also highlights the economic level,aesthetic mentality,technology and craftsmanship of the country and the region,and reflects the spirit of the times and human creativity.This article mainly takes Weishan Lake Bridge as the engineering support,and carries on detailed structural analysis and on-site construction control to it.The purpose is to explore the construction control method of the double tower double cable plane cable-stayed bridge and its applicable calculation theory.Provide a certain design calculation reference for this type of cable-stayed bridge,provide a certain theoretical data support for the subsequent maintenance of the cable-stayed bridge,and accumulate corresponding experience for similar construction control.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:The development history of cable-stayed bridges and the development status of cable-stayed bridge construction control are described in detail.Then the bridge structure is analyzed by Midas/Civil finite element simulation software,and the theoretical calculation results of the internal force,deflection,stress,pylon deflection and cable force of the main girder under the corresponding working conditions are obtained;The construction control of this bridge adopts the adaptive control method.From the actual control results,the adaptive construction control idea can better guide the construction control of the bridge,so it is an effective monitoring method.This article introduces the content of the method used in the construction control process of the bridge and the selection and arrangement of measuring instruments;In the actual construction control process,through the comparison and analysis of on-site measured values and theoretical calculated values,real-time control of cable-stayed bridges during the entire construction process is that the stress and deformation of the bridge structure are within the design requirements,so that the bridge is in the state of completion.The internal force and the formation of the bridge line achieve the expected goal.
