Research on highway slope deformation law and engineering application based on real-time angle monitoring highway slope is affected by the external environment or human activities,the frequency and frequency of damage is increasing,which often brings some uncertain safety impact to the surrounding residents or drivers,causing huge economic losses and so on.However,the occurrence of some damage is hidden,and it is difficult to find the problem.Therefore,in order to solve the hidden danger that is difficult to find,scholars at home and abroad usually use indoor tests,finite element simulation and previous experience to study the instability of highway slope,and have achieved remarkable results.Based on the "Research on the spatial and temporal deformation law and early warning system of highway slope based on three-dimensional lattice detection" of science and technology innovation project of Shandong Provincial Department of transportation,this paper mainly starts from the way and basic form of highway slope failure,summarizes the factors affecting the highway slope,and uses the high-precision gyroscope sensor which can measure the angle change to make a summary of the main typical effects The external force loading of the impact factors,rainfall,different slope rates,retaining walls and so on are tested.The software is used to carry out numerical analysis,and the warning indexes of typical highway slope are put forward.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with the existing failure forms of highway slope and traditional monitoring instruments and methods,this paper expounds a variety of different evaluation methods currently used for highway slope monitoring and early warning,and puts forward a new monitoring method for the first time,that is,using gyroscope sensor to monitor the angle change of highway slope instability,deformation and failure.(2)According to a large number of data,the main factors affecting the slope stability are rainfall,external load,etc.FLAC3 D software is used to simulate and analyze different conditions of different slope ratios(1:1.5,1:1),and the most unfavorable sliding surface position in the process of slope failure is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the location of gyroscope sensor.(3)According to the failure mode of highway slope,the small full-scale test is adopted to reduce the influence of boundary effect on the test.The angle change tests of two common slope ratios of 1:1.5 and 1:1 under different influence factors are carried out respectively.The data are collected and analyzed by software.The obvious correlation law between the failure phenomenon and the angle in the process of slope instability is obtained.(4)By using data processing software,the data collected from the experiment are unified,and the basic information after fitting is obtained by using bidoserep model function and Levenberg Marquardt algorithm.The corresponding thresholds under different conditions are obtained.In order to ensure the accuracy of prediction and early warning,when the angle change area is [0,0.1],the slope is in a safe state.When the angle change area exceeds [0.1,0.3],the slope is in the initial deformation stage,and measures need to be taken for protection.When the angle change area exceeds 0.3,there is a risk of sharp damage.(5)In order to further verify the accuracy of early warning index,the gyroscope sensor is set in the highway slope in operation.Through collecting data,the angle change area is less than 0.1,which can be judged that the highway slope is in a safe state.In this paper,the angle change is first proposed as the monitoring index of highway slope deformation.Through experiments,finite element analysis and field operation,the correlation between slope failure and angle is obtained,and the response characteristics of angle change in slope stability failure process under different conditions are formed.The limit value of angle change rate of slope failure is determined.
