Research On Optimization Criteria And Strategies Of Urban Fabric For Old City Based On Psychological Comfort Preference

Urban Fabric is one of the carriers of urban information after urban culture is precipitated,and it also reflects people’s memories of urban impressions.At the same time,as an important design element in urban design,urban fabric plays an important role in shaping the urban spatial form.As urban construction shifts from the era of incremental development to the era of stock planning,the optimization of urban fabric is of great significance in the renewal construction of old urban renewal.The rapid development of the city has made the artificial traces of the designers in the construction of the urban fabric for old city thick,lacking humanistic care and the self-organization of the old city fabric itself.At the same time,in the existing urban design guidelines,there are only a few simple indicators for urban fabric optimization in the old city.The specific optimization content needs to be improved,and the guiding role of urban form in urban design needs to be improved.This paper attempts to use statistical methods to explore the coupling relationship between the basic characteristics of urban fabric and the subjective perception of the public,to infer the criteria value of urban fabric optimization based on psychological comfort preferences,and to propose optimization strategies.The main content of this paper is divided into three parts:The first part,analyzes and summarizes the theoretical research on urban fabric and the coupling relationship with urban morphology.By combing the concepts and theories related to urban fabric,and in-depth study of related cases,the value orientation of urban fabric is further clarified,and the basic characteristics of urban texture are summarized.In the second part,Experts Grading Method is used to obtain an index system of basic characteristics of urban fabric based on psychological comfort preferences.The quantitative methods of urban fabric were screened,and the methodological framework of urban fabric optimization in the old city based on psychological comfort preferences was constructed to realize the transformation from qualitative analysis to quantitative research.In the third part,Select some excellent projects with research value and reference significance for the transformation of the old city,and intercept 40 urban fabric sections as research samples.The urban fabric images of the study sections were obtained by Arc GIS processing,and the quantitative values of the basic characteristics of each fabric section were calculated by Excel,Fragstats and Sky Helios platform.Based on the image of the urban texture of the old city,a panoramic image of the sample texture slice was obtained,and a web questionnaire was produced.The results of the survey of the subjective feelings of the public are obtained and corresponded to the quantified values of the basic characteristics of each texture slice.The SPSS was used to analyze the correlation between the two,and the criteria value of the basic characteristics of the urban fabric of the old city based on psychological comfort preferences was further obtained.Finally,taking Xigu Nan in Tianjin as an example,combined with the existing problems,it is systematically quantitatively evaluated.Based on the obtained urban fabric characteristics optimization criterias of the old city,the corresponding urban fabric control and optimization strategies are proposed.Therefore,further conclusions can be drawn to guide the control and optimization of urban fabric in the urban construction of the old city.
