| As an important part of the air-conditioning system,the refrigeration station has attracted much attention for its high energy consumption.The operation strategy of the refrigeration station system has a great impact on the energy consumption of the operation of the refrigeration station,so formulating a reasonable operation strategy is of great significance to the energy saving of the system.Data mining-based operation strategy optimization methods are currently one of the important ways to reduce system operation energy consumption.Although research in this area is not rare,the methods and processes used are only for individual cases,and there is no complete and universal Run the optimization method.This paper proposes a method for identifying and optimizing the operation strategy of refrigeration stations based on data mining.The implementation process is divided into four steps.First,the operating data of the refrigeration station needs to be sorted out and preprocessed.Then,the unsupervised clustering method is used to classify the external working conditions.Secondly,using the average cop average difference rate and contour coefficient between the two evaluation indicators to select the most suitable clustering method,and determine the optimal number of clusters according to the delimitation of the range of external operating conditions.Finally,the selected optimal operating strategy is applied back to the system to evaluate the system’s operating status and energy saving space.Taking an actual refrigeration station in Shanghai,China as an example,the proposed method is verified.Finally,136 kinds of optimal operating strategies under external working conditions were selected and integrated into a strategy library.The strategy library is applied back to the system and the total energy consumption of the cooling station is compared with the simulated total energy consumption on a hourly basis.The analysis results show that the energy saving amount obtained through strategy adjustment is205039 k Wh,the energy saving rate is 11.7%,and the operation of the refrigeration station system is well optimized.Finally,based on this,Python-based Py Qt graphical user interface has developed a cooling station operation strategy identification and optimization software,which can complete the identification and optimization process of the operation strategy on the graphical operation interface,extending the practicability of the method proposed in this article. |
