Nowadays,Economic development in China has changed from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.As the core element of enterprise competition,human elements have gradually played an important role.In order to maintain the core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development,enterprises must give full play to the function of the knowledge workers.Therefore,how to combine the characteristics of knowledge workers,establish a set of incentive system for knowledge workers,which is suitable for enterprises,has become an urgent need for the development of enterprises.Z company is a scientific and technological enterprise mainly engaged in the survey,design and scientific research of water conservancy and hydropower.It has a wide range of business areas,involves a variety of industries,and has realized transnational and cross regional operations.The proportion of knowledge workers in the enterprise is relatively high.This dissertation takes Z Company as the research object,adopts the methods of literature analysis and comparative research,combines the actual situation of Z company and the characteristics of knowledge workers,summarizes 18 incentive elements for knowledge workers,and surveys the demand degree and satisfaction degree of the 18 incentive elements for knowledge workers in Z company.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,it is found that there are some differences between the demand degree and satisfaction degree of knowledge workers in Z company.Based on the interview results of knowledge workers in Z company,it can be concluded that there are some limitations in the incentive system of knowledge workers in Z company,such as single incentive means,weak incentive degree and superficial incentive system,etc.In view of the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in Z company,combined with the incentive theory in management,the characteristics and the actual incentive needs of knowledge workers in Z company,this dissertation puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to optimize the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in Z Company from the four dimensions of salary and welfare,personal growth,self realization and working environment.
