| In the daily management of power marketing,systematic and in-depth analysis of various risks of power marketing,and the development of targeted control measures,can effectively reduce the production and operation risks of power companies.Taking a power supply company in a certain place as an example,the region has typical characteristics of frequent economic activities and concentrated distribution of core industries.Today,the "Internet + Big Data Analysis" technology is booming.The power supply company’s power marketing model is more traditional,lacking lean business data analysis and risk management and control measures,bringing many problems for the company’s production and operation.For example,in terms of management,there is a problem that the current management system and management level are relatively backward,and the coordination efficiency is low.On the user side,there is a shortage of the power supply company’s perception of the user’s power change,and insufficient understanding of the current situation of the user’s industry.Insufficient forecasting ability for users’ development prospects,lack of reliable user credit management and control system,etc.;and power marketing directly reflects the operating efficiency of power companies.These problems have increased the operational risks of power supply enterprises to some extent,for production and operation.Come with more uncontrollable factors.Therefore,power supply companies urgently need effective control measures that can reduce their operational risks.In view of the current situation of power marketing risk management and control in a certain power supply company,this paper analyzes the various businesses of power marketing work,and discusses the risks of power marketing business.Using AHP analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy set algorithm to analyze small and micro power users;And calculate the membership degree and other means,build a credit score rating system for small and micro power users,and propose an innovative management mode to prevent power marketing risks.According to the characteristics of the user’s basic information,payment habits,power usage behavior,etc.,hierarchical classification and quantitative analysis of small micro power users,based on two mathematical algorithms,build a credit model of small micro power users,calculate users Credit score,and division of its credit rating to achieve fine management of small and micro power users.The use of credit rating system to predict user default risk in real time provides systematic support for real-time prevention and control of power marketing risk.According to the application of the model in daily production practice,the risk management effectiveness is analyzed.According to the calculation results of the model,the corresponding measures to control credit risks and the management optimization suggestions for small and micro power users are proposed. |
