In recent years,a large-scale distributed photovoltaic system connecting to gird has brought new inspiration to the energy supply structure.This paper studies the photovoltaic project in Lishui Technical Economic Development Area with the PVsyst system to simulate the photovoltaic system,and fully demonstrates the feasibility of photovoltaic construction.The distributed photovoltaic system has the advantages of saving space,producing clean energy and spending less.This paper analyzes the properties and characteristics of characteristics of photovoltaic principle,output prediction,and analysis of the nature and characteristics of photovoltaic energy storage system.The paper focus on one distributed photovoltaic system,giving modeling and analysis,for the feasibility and economy with energy storage system of user side.This paper,firstly,introduces the definition and principle of distributed photovoltaic power generation systematically,and the characteristics of distributed photovoltaic power supply.This paper introduces the energy storage device which can effectively alleviate the characteristics of distributed power generation,such as violent fluctuation and big environmental impact.This paper introduces LSSVM to analyze the specific meteorological information of Lishui Development Zone site by using the NASA meteorological database,accurately determines the relevant parameters by using the relevant data information of SG186 system,and give the photovoltaic output prediction based on the least square support vector machine.Based on the characteristics of the photovoltaic project construction,the process and criteria for feasibility study and optimization of photovoltaic project are introduced.The PVsyst simulation program is used to simulate power generation analysis,loss analysis,shadow analysis,installation mode analysis and other work,and the multi-dimensional optimization analysis is carried out.Comprehensive estimation of simulation data is made,and environmental benefits and investment estimates are made.Finally,according to the existing photovoltaic system,considering the installation of the user side energy storage system,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to analyze its application of MATLAB simulation to verify the effectiveness and economy of distributed photovoltaic energy storage.Finally,according to the existing photovoltaic system,the economic feasibility of adding user-side storage system is studied.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to calculate the economic trend of the photovoltaic energy storage system,considering the different operation strategies of the storage batteries under three-part electricity price.The efficiency and economy of distributed photovoltaic energy storage are validated by using MATLAB software simulation under the optimal operation mode of economic trend.
