| In recent years,with the vigorous promotion and development of new energy vehicles,China’s new energy vehicle market has made great progress.According to the statistical data of China Automobile Industry Association,in 2020,China’s new energy vehicle sales will be1.367 million,of which the sales of pure electric passenger vehicles will be 1.011 million,accounting for 73.2%.With the large-scale popularization and application of pure electric vehicles,the market will become more and more prosperous In recent years,more and more pure electric passenger cars will enter the second-hand car market.In the transaction process of fuel used passenger cars,we can refer to the "technical specification for used car appraisal and evaluation"(GB / T)30323-2013),but the market for pure electric second-hand passenger car identification and evaluation is still in the initial stage of exploration,the state has not issued relevant evaluation standards,the lack of evaluation standards directly restricts the development of the whole pure electric passenger car industry,from the development of pure electric vehicle industry,the market is in urgent need of a set of effective pure electric second-hand passenger car Methods of technical appraisal and value evaluation of electric second-hand passenger cars.This paper mainly includes four parts: first,the analysis of the value composition of pure electric passenger cars.Through the comparative analysis of the structure composition and the value proportion of parts of fuel vehicles and pure electric passenger cars,it is found that there are great differences between them,and the existing value evaluation methods are not suitable for the evaluation of pure electric second-hand passenger cars.The second is the analysis of value evaluation method.The improved replacement cost method is more suitable for the value evaluation of pure electric second-hand passenger cars.In the improved evaluation method,the replacement cost of power battery is calculated separately,and the basic newness rate is determined by combining the age newness rate with the technology appraisal newness rate,using the nominal driving range,use nature,model value preservation rate and driving range The adjustment coefficient of the basic newness rate is determined by the factors such as the number of ownership transfer,etc.,and the weight value of each influencing factor is quantitatively analyzed by AHP.The third is to determine the technical appraisal method of pure electric second-hand passenger car.The technical appraisal of pure electric second-hand passenger car is divided into seven modules: power battery assembly,drive motor assembly,body appearance,interior and exterior decoration,electronic and electrical appliances,vehicle chassis and vehicle road test.A detailed technical appraisal score table is developed for each module.The technical appraisal of power battery module adopts genetic algorithm(GE)The energy attenuation model of power battery was constructed by using the optimal fitting of NEDC working condition data of power battery,and the model was applied to the evaluation of power battery.The fourth is case verification.The accuracy and operability of the evaluation method proposed in this paper are verified through the appraisal and evaluation examples of pure electric second-hand passenger cars.The verification results show that the evaluation method proposed in this paper can provide guidance for the current market transactions. |
