The time scale algorithm is one of the important principles that must be followed in the establishment of the time reference.Different fields have different requirements for the accuracy of the time scale.The common goal of all scholars is to improve the accuracy of the time scale as much as possible.The noise reduction of atomic clock data is a necessary link before calculating the time scale.This article starts with analyzing the performance of the cesium atomic clock,and studies the noise reduction model and time scale algorithm of the atomic clock.The main contents are as follows:This article analyzes the data characteristics of cesium atomic clocks based on the study of the atomic clock noise model.Aiming at the loss of signals caused by traditional empirical mode decomposition noise reduction and resulting in data distortion,an improved empirical mode decomposition method based on wavelet threshold is proposed.Combined with examples,this method can reasonably reduce the noise of the cesium atomic clock data,which can reduce the loss of useful signals in the calculation process,and further improve the short-term frequency stability of the cesium atomic clock.The noise reduction results are compared from multiple angles,the evaluation index of the improved empirical mode decomposition method is better than other methods,and a better noise reduction effect is achieved,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.This article briefly describes the basic ideas and algorithm principles of common time scale algorithms at home and abroad,including ALGOS algorithm,AT1 algorithm,Kalman algorithm.By comparison,the AT1 algorithm has good real-time performance and is more suitable for small-scale atomic clock groups with a limited number of samples and a single type.Aiming at the problem of master clock selection and weight distribution,an improved AT1 algorithm based on the genetic algorithm is proposed.The weights are dynamically allocated through the fitness of the genetic algorithm,which can detect the sudden situation of the atomic clock in the clock group in time,so that the master clock can maintain the optimal state in the calculation of the time scale,and obtain an accurate and stable time scale.Through case analysis,the rationality of the improved AT1 algorithm is verified. |
