The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic turbine regulating system are complex,and the quality of its control is of great importance to the safe and stable operation of the power station and the power quality of the whole power system.As an important part of the governing system,the mathematical model of hydraulic turbine is an important basis to ensure the rationality of PID parameter tuning and the correctness of dynamic characteristic analysis of the governing system.In recent years,with the large-scale application and popularization of clean energy technology such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation,the joint complementarity of wind power,photovoltaic power generation and hydropower has become a research hotspot.Among them,the research on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic turbine governing system is one of the hotspots.Due to the characteristics of wide range of operating conditions and fast response speed,the hydroelectric generating set is responsible for frequent power adjustment and smooth system load curve in the complementary system.In this case,the turbine regulating system performance is more important or not.Whether the mathematical model of hydraulic turbine is correct or not plays an important role in the analysis of dynamic characteristics of hydraulic turbine regulating system and the optimization and setting of governor parameters.Most of the mathematic models used at present are ideal mathematic models obtained by approximate linearization,and the description of dynamic characteristics of the turbine is not accurate enough.Based on the national key special " Research and application demonstration project 5 of hybrid generation technology of distributed photovoltaic and cascade small hydropower" project,a hydropower station 2# unit in aba prefecture of Sichuan province as the research object,on the basis of the no-load test,the traditional mathematical model of hydraulic turbine is obtained by interpolation extension based on the reconstruction of turbine model,using system identification toolbox and least squares identification by using two kinds of mathematical model of hydraulic turbine through the MATLAB/Simulink platform,based on three kinds of mathematical model of hydraulic turbine regulating system for numerical simulation,Verify the rationality of the reconstruction model and the correctness of identification.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Based on the traditional mathematical model of the mixed-flow turbine,the mathematical model of the turbine regulating system is established,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research;(2)By comparing and analyzing the mathematic model of non-ideal rigid hydraulic turbine which is put forward according to the traditional mathematic model of hydraulic turbine and related specifications,a mathematic model of hydraulic turbine with wider universality is proposed and constructed,and the identification method of the mathematic model is studied;(3)In order to carry out a comparative study,according to the hydropower turbine installed and operating in the power station,using its model comprehensive characteristic curve and using the method of epitaxial interpolation,the six transfer coefficients of no-load operating point are obtained,and the traditional mathematical model of hydropower turbine at no-load operating point is obtained,which was defined as Model 1;(4)Based on the field no-load test data and for the reconstructed hydraulic turbine mathematical model,the system identification toolbox was used to carry out parameter identification of the hydraulic turbine mathematical model,and Model 2 was obtained;(5)Based on the field no-load test data and aiming at the reconstructed hydraulic turbine mathematical model,the least square method is used to carry out the parameter identification of the hydraulic turbine mathematical model,and the model 3 is obtained;(6)Using MATLAB /Simulink platform,using the numerical simulation method,respectively based on the three kinds of hydraulic turbine mathematical model of the hydraulic turbine regulating system dynamic characteristics of simulation analysis,the structure of the hydraulic turbine mathematical model is reasonable,as well as the correctness of identification.
